Overall ok. Requested for dental stuff like toothbrush but no response. Overall below average for such hotel.

Location is unbeatable. Breakfast was nice as well :) however I left something behind after check out and when I emailed the hotel about it, I did not even get a response. Really disappointed :(

Very central and easy to find. Expensive parking as almost everywhere in cities. Breakfast and drinks were good.

Excellent hotel in a central location within Gent. Very friendly, helpful staff and good amenities including an outdoor pool, small indoor gym and sauna room which needs to be pre-booked. I felt breakfast was overpriced for what it was, I’d skip and eat out.

Good location. Comportable atmospher. But hard to find the entrence at night.

Nice hotel and location..

The bedding and towels smell strange, like old fabric softener. The kettle was unusable due to dust. The bed and pillows were also very uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep deeply because construction started right in front of me at 8 am. In general, it wasn't clean and it was so dry that my face turned red. But the location and staff service were great!

Great location, rubbish room! The appearance of the hotel I saw on the ctrip booking date was different from what I saw in reality. The equipment is dilapidated and the refrigerator is broken! If you pay extra to book a double bed room, the overall room will only be larger, there is no real difference. It feels like I just spent more money and there is no actual difference. I would not recommend booking this hotel again.

The location is very good, right in the city center. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. The staff are very welcoming. Breakfast a la carte is 24 euros, which is not bad.

The room is clean and hygienic, the hardware in the bedroom is not bad, there is a couch that can be opened, and there is a refrigerator. The hardware of the bathroom is also good, but there are no toiletries provided, and there is no plate for the soap on the washstand, only public hand sanitizer, shampoo and body wash. The mouthwash cup is a disposable paper cup, and the toothbrush cannot be placed stably. Don't even think about slippers. The main entrance is hard to find, and it is not what the hotel looks like at all. The photos on Ctrip are very misleading. The picture below is the actual appearance of the hotel.

Except that the address and door of the store are not well displayed in the Ctrip APP, other conditions are still good! It is a better choice for travel.

Slept well in a prime location. Everything was within walking distance.

Service could be better, nice location. Clean rooms and good facilities.

Hotel well located in the city center of Ghent with attentive and welcoming staff. A modern and warm ground floor which however contrasts with the decoration of the rooms. Hearty and tasty breakfast. We recommend without hesitation!
