stayed for 6 days , breakfast was great.
room service was poor 3day ok carpit not very clean, 2 days no service at all and not told ,

Traveling thru town and was very pleased with this hotel. Front desk person was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was very spacious, clean and homey feeling. Loved the fireplace - especially on a cold night. Wasn’t able to use the outside patio b/c of cool weather but would have loved it in the summer!
Breakfast had a nice variety too. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Everyone staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We were expecting the standard continental breakfast, but were very surprised to have a delicious hot breakfast every morning! The room was clean and comfortable. We look forward to our next visit.

Love the trees, feels like you are in a remote area when you are in town. Loved the fireplace. The guests were also nice.

The customer service was fantastic. I made a series of mistakes, and they were great! We were able to upgrade to their luxury suite and it was fabulous. This will be our go to when we visit Payson.

The hotel is dated, but very clean. Beds are comfortable. We were surprised to find the rooms super quiet given its location and movement of people to/from their rooms early morning and late night.
We'd stay there again!

Wonderful stay with great service , clean comfortable room. Enjoyed peaceful breakfast in the clubhouse. Would recommend and would stay again.

The property itself was very nice however customer service was poor. We came into breakfast at nine AM. During breakfast we were rushed to eat. The women in the dining area made it a point to tell everyone who was eating that she had other work to do and our time to finish eating was short. She was very rude.
