Bath tub was cracked, toilet seat was broken, rust and mold above the microwave, and the whole second floor smelled like someone was smoking pot

Good breakfast. We stayed in a family suite room. Tons of space, but no doors on the bedrooms. Not a problem, just unexpected. Had one full bath and one half bath which was also a nice surprise. Stayed on the first floor. Tiled portion of the room was super cold. I think we were above the small parking garage so not sure there was a lot of insulation underneath. Located close to everything we normally do in Williamsburg. We would stay again.

Bathroom was about 60% renovated, not completed, the room was halfway cleaned, seemed like the previous guess only used one bed and only one bed was made. The other bed had things on it, and was not properly inspected. Overall the hotel is a good vibe but workers don’t take pride. Front desk lady with with long dreads was nice.

Just outside of walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg, Country Inn was still conveniently situated.
Staff was helpful,
Breakfast was good: waffle machine, eggs and sausage, etc., but mad rush for food and people that can't clean up after themselves.
Rooms were fine, generally clean (don't expect spotless), the microwaves don't get cleaned every time I feel.
Overall it's par for the course at this price point.

Arrived to find the sheets were disgustingly dirty - black marks on the pillow cases and unmentionable stains on the sheets. Was offered new sheets which I had to change. Was not offered any discount or anything.

Stay was amazing!! Everything was comfy and clean. No problems what so ever! And breakfast was amazing!! 10/10 on my list. Was an amazing stay!
