No lifts!! 27 steps to the 1st floor. Lovely man at help desks, gets worked to hard washer dryer which was handy, sound proof wall, great shower pressure microwave oven large fridge 1985 build outdated but VERY comfortable beds. $ 100 per night. Good deal 3 beds! Recommended if your on a budget so close to shops pubs and tram.

Quite a old one but with excellent location closed to Sky Point, no lift available so you better request to stay on ground level. Walk 5 minutes to bus and tram station.

The serviced apartment has a large bed and a set of bunk beds. It has complete cooking facilities and is suitable for breakfast for the whole family. The location is also very good, just 6-8 minutes walk from the center. It's just that the lower floors are the first and second floors.

Overall ok for a budget getaway , close to surfers paradise. However , you are expected to clean out after your stay, throw away rubbish etc. No room service in the 2 days we stayed.

All the equipments are old. The sofa is dark Grey in color and seems dirty. The beds are soft and lack of support.

Very expensive for the conditions, also the pool was empty for resurfacing and there was no notification about this when booking. Will not stay again and dont recommend
