酒店比較新，前台服務人員也很親切，房間看上去很乾凈，房間裏還有加濕器，早餐也不錯，性價比不錯。另外提一個小意見，房間的燈用了幾種模式，美中不足就是閲讀模式不能單獨控制。

酒店前台很給力，給免費升級了房型。酒店很乾凈，衞生間設施乾濕分離做的很好，就是周圍吃的有點少，不過打車去市中心也就一個起步價的事情。

入住時，酒店為我們準備了一杯熱騰騰的花茶。這不僅是一種歡迎的方式，更是一種尊重和關懷的體現。花茶的香氣宜人，口感極佳，讓我在繁忙的旅途中得以片刻的寧靜和放鬆。酒店每日都為我們提供免費的瓶裝礦泉水，這種細心入微的服務令人印象深刻。礦泉水的品質非常高，甘甜可口，無論是早晨起床後的一杯清新，還是夜晚休息前的解渴，都讓我感受到了酒店的無微不至。而且我退房的時候前台還給我免費裝了好幾瓶礦泉水讓我們路上喝，酒店的早餐服務非常出色。早餐的種類豐富，新鮮的果汁、熱騰騰的麪包、健康的穀物粥等等，應有盡有。而且，早餐的時間安排得也很合理，讓我們能夠在清晨享受到一頓營養豐富的餐點，為一天的活動提供充足的能量我發現自己忘記了帶一些日常用品充電器幸運的是，酒店提供了外借物品服務，衹需簡單的前台詢問，就能解決這些問題。這種人性化的服務讓我覺得有家的感覺
無論是礦泉水的贈送，還是早餐、外借物品和入住時的花茶，都體現了酒店對客人的尊重和關懷。我強烈推薦這家酒店，並期待下一次的入住。

西北環線一路上來，路這家店住的最滿意。1.因為早晨去可可西里出發比較早去前台諮詢早餐，前台小姑娘很貼心的為我們準備了營養豐富的早餐帶着路上吃。2.房間特別乾淨，設施設備齊全。細節坐的特別好，智能馬桶，每間房都陪有一塊消毒濕巾，每個房間都有加濕器。3.停車方便，後院一個很大的停車場。4.房間還能看到昆崙山。

大廳等人還給倒熱茶，停車很方便，服務態度很好早餐豐富，酒店很新裝飾新穎別緻配套設施齊全，入住之後體驗感很好酒店大廳給人很舒服，房間設施齊全，衞生很乾凈，還免費給升級房型

去西藏這一路上，格爾木這個希岸酒店是我入住體驗最好的一家，進大廳前台小姐姐服務態度熱情周到，問什麼問題都很有耐心，衞生乾淨整潔，設施也不錯，還有洗烘一體的洗衣機，很方便我們旅遊的人，打車挺方便的出門就能遇到出租車。回來還要來住!
