It was also very close to the main road, making it convenient to go to the salt lake and the city. I think it would be suitable for both solo travelers and those traveling with companions. "I've stayed in many hotels of this type, but this one was a bit of a disappointment… 1. I was recommended a great breakfast option on a social media platform, so I specifically chose a room that included breakfast. I was really disappointed. I was rushing to catch an early train, and I understand they give you bread for breakfast, but I never expected it to be this hard. Besides the cake, the other three types of bread were all hard; it felt like a miserable experience… I ended up buying instant noodles at the train station! 2. They said they'd provide late-night porridge when I booked, but it never arrived for either of my two nights. 3. The twin room only had one chair. I ordered takeout, so one person had to sit while the other stood to eat. 4. The phone line was unplugged by the previous guest. A staff member came to fix it immediately, but it wasn't fixed, and I had to wait until the next day. The problem was, without a phone call, I didn't know the delivery robot had arrived, and the food was sent back down without any notification. After that, every time the phone rang, I had to open the door and wait for the robot… 5. The receptionist and service staff were very friendly, and they always brought hot water when I left."

When we arrived early, the room wasn't ready yet, but the front desk lady promptly stored our luggage for free and even handed us two bottles of iced mineral water, which was incredibly refreshing on a hot day. The room wasn't overly large, but the layout was very logical. The bathroom had a nice, dry and wet area, and the hot water came out quickly and at a consistent temperature, making for a wonderful shower. The bedding was soft but not sagging, and I didn't feel any back pain after two nights of sleep, which is incredibly important for someone like me who prefers to sleep in a bed. The breakfast variety wasn't amazing, but it was solid, and the local noodles were incredibly tasty. I was in a hurry to check out and forgot to take my charger, but the front desk called and said they had it for me, which was a real plus. Overall, I felt it was a great value and would definitely stay here again."

It was very comfortable given the large temperature difference between day and night at high altitudes. The room was well-maintained, with all necessary disposable amenities provided. I requested a quiet room away from the elevator, but it was right next to the elevator. "Located in the heart of Golmud, it's very convenient for dining and shopping, with a large mall nearby. The front desk and doorman service were very enthusiastic. The hotel has a complimentary underground parking garage. The doorman proactively helped with luggage and valet parking. Both parking and retrieving the car were handled by the hotel, which was very comforting. The amenities are comprehensive, including a laundry room and a gym. All rooms are equipped with complimentary humidifiers and oxygen concentrators. Breakfast was decent. I highly recommend the egg fried rice and homemade yogurt. The breakfast staff were very welcoming, and food was replenished promptly. One drawback, which seems to be a common issue throughout Golmud, is that the air conditioning doesn't cool. During my three-day stay in the Golmud region, I didn't encounter a single air conditioner that could cool the room. Friends from the south might find this particularly uncomfortable."

"First of all, I must commend the hotel. The environment, front desk service, and cleanliness were all excellent; our whole family was very satisfied with our stay. The room design was particularly impressive, making it one of my favorite hotels on this trip. However, I really want to complain. If breakfast wasn't available until 10:00 AM, there was no need to tell us it was 10:00; just tell us it was 9:30. We booked a room with breakfast on Ctrip, and they told us it was until 10:00 AM, but when we arrived at 9:20, everything was gone. When we asked if they would add more, they simply said no. What's the point of breakfast being available until 10:00? The scenic spots on the loop are quite far apart, and we were hoping for a good breakfast to continue our journey. Instead, we had to take our family to the supermarket to buy bread. Everything else was excellent, but the breakfast situation is truly unbearable."

"Parking was extremely difficult; parking spaces were hard to find, and you had to drive quite far in to find one. The parking area was also rather narrow. The service didn't feel like that of a chain brand. When I went to check in, I had already booked two breakfasts on Ctrip, and my Ctrip order clearly included two breakfasts. There were two people at the front desk; one said there weren't any. I insisted that breakfast was included, and he asked the other person, who checked and said there weren't any. It was very awkward. I showed him my Ctrip order on my phone, saying that there were breakfasts included, and only then did he confirm and give me two vouchers. It was so embarrassing. I told my companion three times that breakfast was included and that we had booked it. On the first day, when I went to eat breakfast, no one checked the room card or voucher. On the second day, when I went around 9 AM, someone checked it. Also, around 4 or 5 AM, there was a loud noise outside the window, louder than the air conditioner's outdoor unit. I don't know what it was, but I was woken up by it both nights."
