一個字:太差！進房間洗手，衹有熱水沒有涼水，想洗澡，淋浴噴頭和管子已經分家給老闆説了，老闆説過會兒上來給收拾，然後就沒有然後了……一覺醒來到早上老闆也沒來！早上起來又變成衹有涼水沒熱水……就這樣入住的時候還問我要按金，我説我是免押免查的閃住，前台居然不懂還要請示！請各位謹慎入住！

酒店沒有早餐，旁邊的餐廳提供早餐，鞏留縣反正人也不多，馬路上停車位可停車，對面的一家維吾爾族開的餐廳，11：00開始就有吃飯了。

辦理住宿慢，房間有蟲子，洗澡水很小，洗澡水也不熱，下水道堵塞，早上九點退房，到晚上七點四十五分，還未提供發票。整體特別差

房間很大，衞生乾淨。但因疫情政策原因辦理入住速度極慢前台服務水準有待提高。特別是入住一晚早晨離開後交房卡，到我們到下午達巴音布魯克辦入住時竟沒辦退房手續造成同夥一行辦不了入住還再電話催，不能想象是怎樣工作的

設施：大床房確實挺大，但是衞生間沒做乾濕分離，洗澡上廁所很麻煩，且衞生間洗手盆的下水管還漏水，整體地面瓷磚也沒做收縫，很容易洗澡水漏到樓下去。
衞生：由於設施問題，衞生間總有潮氣，屋裡也是，有些門框和窗框也沒做收膠處理，其實這些打打玻璃膠就行。
環境：周圍吃飯的地方，小超市商店很多，很方便。
服務：挺好的，給他們報了維修，人來的很快，就是來的人也對裝修和維修不懂，唉，希望酒店再找找專業維修員吧，畢竟周圍景點挺多。
整體還是可以的，鞏留的縣城，這個價位的酒店也不錯，去庫爾德寧恰西什麼的可以在這裏住，很方便。

窗户有一個關不上，房間看了好幾個都廁所嚴重反味，住5樓一直有類似空調外機嗡嗡聲，洗澡沒熱水，還有蟲子在床上爬。住的小孩把走廊當遊樂場，凌晨一點多還在外面叫啊跑啊 大人也互相開着門吆喝 住個酒店 當住自己家院子毫無素質。最遲2點退房 酒店打掃的阿姨1點就敲門問我們退房還是續訂，好不容易那吵鬧的一大家子走了補會覺 又被她吵醒。設施老舊沒維護，服務差勁，衞生也不行。很糟心的一晚。200多的房間太坑了 打對摺都不值
