The hotel was wonderful, clean, and beautiful. There have terrace to take picture with beautiful sceneary. It is also close to bank, restaurant nearby & town, just steps away. It is also located on a safe and quiet side. The staff are wonderful and cooperative. Overall i'm satisfied stay here and sure will repeat again next time.

Friendly staff who will try their best. But command of English can be improved. Good to stay for photo taking when hot air balloons are all in the air. But because its perched up in the hill, it will be challenging for elderly or people who don't like to walk. All rooms are unique and you cannot expect them to be same layout. Some are really small and some are irregular shape. In one of the big rooms, I even have my own jacuzzi. Breakfast provided is above average in Turkey standard. Hotel can help you to book taxi back to airport when you depart. Oh, a point to note is that when travelling from Cappadocia Airport to hotel, just take the airport shuttle. A lot of taxi drivers will try to scam you to go by taxi meter to go to your hotel (usually this will cost 1,800 lira without traffic). It will cost you much more than to take the airport shuttle which is only 250 lira per pax.

Very beautiful hotel, the night view from the top floor is unbeatable. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. The first day we arrived at the hotel was very late, they made us sandwiches for midnight snack, we lost our luggage because we missed the plane, they helped us to communicate with the airport staff. Every day the service is so sincere and considerate, recommend this hotel!

Excellent rooftop view and Turkish decorations, great for taking photos. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

The rooftop photos are very beautiful. The staff are very kind and friendly and will proactively provide various assistance. The room is neat, comfortable and clean. The breakfast environment is quite beautiful and the location is quite close to the street. Recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia for the first time. The experience here is very good.

At the top of the mountain, the room is dim, the carpet on the rooftop terrace is dirty and smelly, the sound insulation is also very poor, the room facilities are very simple, 1500 a night is not worth it
