Alameda Paradiso Hotel

A good hotel, not very well located, with hills and tiring stairs. When we arrived we were shocked, because we thought it looked more like a ghost train because of the sawdust, stairs and hills, but later we saw that it was a cute and cozy hotel. André Dornelles (I think he is the manager) welcomed us very kindly, helpful and attentive. The maids, the receptionists, the kitchen staff who prepares breakfast (very good by the way), were all kind, friendly and polite. The next morning when we went to complain about the room to André Dornelles, he immediately scolded us and did not like our questions. We asked about the poor cleaning of the bathroom and the floor of the room, a silly thing that was resolved because the room we stayed in was very good. André Dornelles' friendliness completely disappeared when we tried to negotiate an extra half-day stay because of our transfer time. I asked the receptionist if I could get a discount and he said that André would sort it out and that he would call me so that we could reach an agreement that would be good for everyone. I waited for André Dornelles to call, but he didn't call and didn't even bother to help us. We let it go because we noticed his bad attitude and didn't want to bother him with it. André Dornelles didn't help us with our bags anymore, he kept changing rooms to avoid us, he wasn't as friendly... all because we didn't want to pay the full price of a full day to stay half-day and without breakfast because of our transfer time. This was my second time in Gramado and I will avoid this hotel next time. P.S.: I don't recommend this hotel to anyone with any kind of physical mobility because of the hills and stairs. The building is in a steep location.

Me hospedei no quarto 06, Infraestrutura precária, quartos deteriorados cheirando mofo (péssimo pra quem tem renite alérgica). TV com poucos canais, janela dava pra uma parte interna muito feia. De modo geral tudo limpo e café da manhã honesto. Fotos no site mostram quartos mais bonitos e bem iluminados. Estacionar na garagem é uma aventura, pois o acesso é muito difícil em uma subida sinuosa, estreita e lisa.

O hotel é uma graça! A subida assusta no início, mas o hotel é uma formosura! Fomos bem recepcionadas (eu e minha amiga)v um carro veio nos buscar na entrada e subimos até a recepção. Todos os funcionários com quem tivemos contato foram muito atenciosos e carinhosos. Quando chegamos, cansadas e com fome, o sr. João já ligou para um restaurante parceiro para nos atender e tudo o que precisamos depois disso (orientações e dicas), nos foram dadas com presteza e atenção. Super indico o local.
