Great hotel, it's not very big, it's simple and seems a little old, but everything is very clean, organized and cozy. Everything working perfectly at the hotel. The attendants were all very attentive and helpful. The hotel is located between Gramado and Canela, so for those who want to go to both cities and have a car, it's great, as it saves a few minutes when you want to leave one city and go to another.

It's worth the experience: 1) The staff are very friendly and helpful. 2) Breakfast has many options. 3) It has a great structure. 4) Good location for those with a car. 5) The attached restaurant is number 1 on TripAdvisor. The biggest problem is the mold/dust, probably because it is an old establishment. Suggestions: - remove/replace adornments/objects that facilitate the accumulation of dust/mold; - carry out heavy cleaning of carpets, sofas, curtains and beds.

Excellent hotel, large room, large bathroom, polite staff, exceptional breakfast, 10 to 15 minutes on foot to get to the center of Gramado, but the walk is very easy, if you prefer Uber 10 reais, I definitely recommend it!!

We went on our honeymoon and loved the hotel. Very cozy, delicious breakfast and we were very well received by everyone! Despite being a little far from the center, it has a great location and is very quiet. We will definitely be back one day. It was a great experience.
