位置我就不説了，民宿在什麼樣的位置都有可能，但那狹小的衞生間和衞生環境，有異味的冰箱和發臭的微波爐，連路的房間設施真的讓我很無語，加幾十塊錢，去住哪個酒店不香？不相信攜程，不知道這個公寓的問題，原本訂的房，不知道出於什麼原因，説是馬桶損壞，然後給換到這個公寓了，結果讓我大失所望

在珠江新城地鐵站附近，出行很方便。價格還是較實惠的。晚上可以去珠江散步，公寓式酒店，老闆很友好，推薦。

對床的大小較滿意。房間其它設施設備老舊，電視機衹能看一個頻道，有蟑螂蟲子。跟管家反應情況，能做出回覆，並想辦法處理問題。

位置絕對一級棒～樓下配套很全，先吃什麼都有～走到花都廣場十分鐘～地鐵🚇3號線珠江新城A2出口，700米就到了～都出都很方便～住的條件還可以吧～視線不錯

362元的房間這樣的條件太無語，房間超級簡陋，洗手間離床太近，門框都爛了，冰箱邊緣都生銹，都不敢把吃的放裏面感覺噁心。

照騙，房間味道很大，被子黏糊糊的，牆皮有脱落，床皮也脱落，整個房子感覺年代很久遠的樣子，277塊錢就住了個這個……

花400元訂的房間很不滿意，廁所巨小，而且不乾淨。下水道不通順，洗澡水漫得到處都是，而且我一米六的個子，在廁所一個人都轉不開身。空調出風口旁邊全是發黴的，黴味很多大，一晚上都在打噴嚏，把我鼻炎整翻了。半夜三點鐘都沒睡着。早上6點又醒了。而且床單也很臟，床單上黃黃的。投影儀很舊，遙控板還是壞的，怎麼根本按不起。請大家一定要擦亮眼睛，倒給我一晚房費，再喊我去住，都不想去了。
