[As for the convenience of the surrounding area, I would like to say] The location is really convenient. We got out of the subway and walked downstairs in 3 minutes. Then the housekeeper took us up to check into the room. As soon as we entered, we felt very spacious and open. Large floor-to-ceiling glass with city views outside the window; the quality of most of the furniture is purchased from IKEA, which is commendable, and the facilities are quite high-end. There are b&o speakers and a high-end projector from Jimi, which can be regarded as the ceiling of a B&B. Overall it is highly recommended!

I booked an apartment for a rare get-together with friends. The environment is basically the same as the picture. Some of the furniture may have been upgraded and replaced. It feels very comfortable and clean when entering. It is my first time to live in such a large apartment. For me who is not familiar with Guangzhou, the transportation It is quite convenient and there are all convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. I will choose MOMA next time!

The environment is very good! ! The landlord and housekeeper were very patient in answering questions and arranging our check-in.
The place is easy to find and parking is very convenient
I particularly like the feeling of home. The stay is very comfortable and the sound insulation is very good.
