I faced a very unwelcoming experience at the hotel. Due to the below:
1. The toilet shower was weird. It is difficult to get a medium hot water suitable to take bath. Either cold or hot water comes. But nothing which is suitable to take bath.
2. For the first 2 days, even after making the room, they fill the soap bottle with drops of bath gel and never it is enough for 1 person to take bath. I had to ask them to refill and they have very well done that.
3. The hotel is managed by teen agers and they lack ability to welcome or understand the customers.
4. Yesterday 18th April, when I went to the front desk, the lady was making fun of me and laughing loudly at me with another girl when I was at the front desk requesting late check out as I don’t speak Chinese.
5. I have agreed with the hotel and paid the hotel for late check out till 10:00 PM. They asked for half the day rate and paid the same the next day morning and extended my check out time till 10:00 PM
6. At 01:25 PM, the front desk employee came to me and told that they never agreed to extend the stay till 10:00 PM and asked me to pay the full day rate.
7. I was frowned upon the treatment , I faced and told them that I will check out. She told you must check out before 2:00 PM.
8. I packed my luggage, and reached the front desk at 01:50 PM.
9. I asked for refund which was very reluctantly paid back. After 1 hour of waiting at the reception.
10. After traveling all around the globe , this stays at the top of my worst hotel experiences.
