Exceptional hotel, reception very nice but limited English. Rooms very clean, modern, has gym, laundry, refreshments & snacks at lobby. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Guangzhou short or long stay.
The only improvement I can suggest is adjust the air conditioning so it doesn't blows straight on you while in bed sleeping.
Otherwise perfect hotel.

My stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was good, it would be helpful if they labeled the food with ingredients. The complimentary noodles provided for supper were a nice touch. Plus, the hotel's proximity to a McDonald's and other eateries was convenient. A highlight was discovering Quinn Coffee 有事没事来杯咖啡 nearby. Overall, a fantastic stay—I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has free shuttle bus to/fro Canton Fair. The complimentary afternoon is a plus point. Very tastefully designed room! Will stay again!

Full facilities, good service. The hotel rooms are very comfortable. The room is spacious and bright. The bathroom is clean and equipped with necessary toiletries. The bed is comfortable and soft. A good choice to travel, Xiaochan service is good, highly recommended
