The other hotels I took over have not been renovated, and the rooms are large and the facilities are old.
The front desk mixed up the room change requests of two customers. I struggled with my luggage for half an hour and finally there was no room to change. The front desk said that extra money would be required. Why did the receptionist make a mistake because he didn't have enough brains? If a guest goes from the 12th floor to the 10th floor, why not change him?

I slept until midnight and heard a rustling sound. It turned out to be a little cutie climbing up from the quilt, which scared me so much that I couldn't sleep well all night. Hygiene is seriously inadequate.
