Lavande Hotel (Guangzhou Jiahe Wanggang Metro Station)

The front desk was very welcoming when I first entered the door. The service attitude was very good. I answered all my questions. The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was soft and comfortable. The housekeepers here were very kind and friendly! The stay experience was very good!

The front desk lady and room service are nice. The room is clean and tidy. I will stay here again next time. There are many places to eat downstairs and it is convenient to travel.

Hygiene: Someone smoked in the elevator, the front desk looked at it but didn't say anything, there were curly hairs on the wash basin in the room, and there was snot on the sign on the bedside table. Service: The phone line in the room was not plugged in, and the front desk could not be found at all.

This is the worst experience among all the Lavande hotels I have stayed at. They obviously saw that we had brought a big suitcase and were given a room on the top floor. However, the elevator could not reach the top floor. It was very humane to carry a big suitcase up the stairs in the middle of the night. Even the two people at the front desk were idle. Let me know if you need help. The environment and hygiene of the room were comparable to those of a small hotel on the street. The wash basin was dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned in several years. The carpet on the floor was extremely dirty. I pretended that I couldn't see the waves of hair left by the guests. The hand towels and bath towels were all rotten and crumbled after being washed, and they were not replaced with new ones. It was quite frugal. The water pressure on the top floor is not good and the water flow is very weak. Outside the window of the room with a window is the school playground. Songs are played at 7 o'clock in the morning and students do morning exercises. The wake-up call is definitely better than the alarm clock. It is really amazing! Fortunately, I only stayed for one day…

Disadvantages: 1. The control panel in Figure 2 is broken, and none of them can be controlled. Turning off the lights can only turn on the switch in Figure 1; 2. There is a thick layer of dust on the sliding door on the right side of Figure 1; 3. Wash your hands in Figures 3, 4, and 5. The towels at the counter are old and yellowed, and the washbasin and shower room are quite poor; 4. The carpet in the room in Figure 6 is very dirty; 5. There is a strange and unpleasant smell on the first floor where you check in; Advantages: Close to the subway station, room type not bad. I was more concerned about the cleanliness of the room, so I changed hotels the next day.
