It was a pleasant stay! The staff are honest, kind and accommodating! I left a watch on the bed and they phoned me to inform while I was on the train station already. One more thing is the hospitality and the smiles of the staff that makes your day beautiful! Thank you all!

A fairly well equipped Hotel. Very nice decoration. The rooms are also clean. All in all I had a very pleasant stay.

房間跟我預訂的户型是一樣的，房間設施還是比較齊全，前台小哥哥也很有禮貌，基本都是有問必答，房間是電子刷卡門鎖，感覺很安全。隔音整體還OK,吃飯也很方便，而且價格實惠又舒服的房間，在廣州已經不多了，下次需要再來

前台服務態度很好，很有禮貌，説話親切，這裏環境不錯，進來第一感覺很亮眼，有種地中海風格的感覺，店附近有很多美食店鋪，外出遊玩也很方便，強烈推薦。。。。。。

衞生非常不到位，榻榻米上面好多短的頭髮，都打掃不乾淨，床上枕頭下都是好多頭髮🤯😡😡😡感覺跟沒換床鋪一樣！！！臟兮兮的！！ 房間睡覺的時候準備鎖門，才發現那個門鎖是壞的，不用房卡，那個門都是可以打開的！！！這個鎖很讓人沒有安全感！！前台服務很好。
