I have stayed at City Convenient so many times and bought a Dongchenghui card. I didn’t expect to see cockroaches at City Convenient for the first time. There was more than one. The room experience was very poor. The floor was covered with cigarette butt marks and the bathroom light had insufficient voltage. It keeps flashing. 也算是這家的老客户了，一個月內住了4次，晚上十點半開的房，本來就累了想洗洗睡了，浴室的燈一直在閃，打了前台電話要求換房前台表示現在忙，一會找人來看，隔了半個小時沒人來，又打電話問前台要求換房，前台拒絕了説剛通知維修師傅過來維修，隔了十五分鐘又打電話再次要求換房，前台表示拒絕説維修師傅在拿維修工具了，五分鐘左右到，可以解決的，我要求如果解決不了退還房費，前台答應了，再隔了十五分鐘維修師傅來了，也換了浴室燈，前後浪費了我最高一個小時的時間，當晚是沒問題，第二天洗澡還是在閃，也不想因為幾十塊錢搞得一身騷，那就從此蕭郎是路人
