酒店的性價比很高,房間非常乾淨，服務總枱熱情服務。態度親切感非常好，服務也非常到位。下次還會選擇這裏。
衞生做的很乾凈，酒店環境不錯，客房用品齊全，毛巾被子也都.很乾凈，住着很安心。
位置優越，交通便利，出行方便，門口右轉就是公交車站，離得不遠就是廣州東站，出行非常方便，大廳簡潔大氣，佈局合理，還有茶香;前台效率高，周到，很專業;房間採光好，明亮，安靜，衞.生很乾凈，床墊很舒服，出水快，水温好，網速快，強力推薦

真是太意外的一次入住了，剛進酒店覺得還不錯，前台問有沒有會員，奈何好像有會員在前台並沒有什麼用，前台價格高於攜程價格，並且前台告訴我沒有高級大床了衹有商務大床，還不能幫忙免費升級，我説在攜程下單給我升級，前台答應了升級，但是也並沒有升級，還是1.5米的高級大床，那為什麼還要答應別人可以升級，而且前台服務員全程面無表情，像是欠她幾百萬似的，辦理入住辦理半天沒辦理下來，中途還給換了另一個她的同事過來辦理。半天沒辦理下來一句抱歉都沒有，結果讓人非常失望，體驗非常差。上到房間更加令人驚喜，房間窗簾居然都是破的，牀頭櫃一堆的垃圾，洗手池也是爛的，兩百多的價格就住了個垃圾房？想不通。應前台***的要求給的差評，白金卡都不能免費升級，不知道會員卡在你們店裡有什麼作用，想着是錦江旗下的酒店應該是不錯的，結果讓人大失所望！整個大無語！

這次體驗非常差，枕頭套、被子有很多懷疑是血跡。進來時沒開窗開燈驗房，離開檢查行李時才發現。但酒店管理人員不承認，一口咬定床鋪已經換過，檢查過沒有問題的。希望大家吸取教訓，進房時一定要全面檢查。本來我已經很小心的，毛巾、牙膏牙膏都是自己帶來的。以前見過清潔清理衞生間後沒洗手，用手抓手兩個瓶蓋把水拿進來後就沒有喝過酒店的水，都是自己帶水進去的。沒有想到今天遇到這麼噁心的事。

房間床比較小，早餐吃的非常簡陋，餐廳服務員態度極其惡劣，早餐讓我在別的客人吃完的垃圾餐桌就餐，跟她説讓她收拾，不理我完全沒反應，這是我住過服務最差的酒店！！！嚴重差評！

真沒見過那麼差的服務 要一個牙刷送了四十分鐘送不過來 害我高鐵遲到 中途一直找前台 前台那女的不管不問 我衹能下樓去拿牙刷 急得要死 那女的還在聊天 還在和另一個女服務員抱怨和她一起值班的男同事 真🐮 反倒是那個男前台一直在解決問題 這女前台真的是我看過最差的前台！不會再來👎

工作人員服務態度很好，停車很方便。打的車的話就在門口可以可以攔車。地鐵，離得不遠交通比較方便。酒店樓下有湘菜，客家菜，還有KTV。
