It’s a perfect place ,I like it so much.thank you very much for the surprise,our villa is very spacious and clean.breakfast is various of choice.Clean air and calm and magnificent atmosphere.hot spring is nice 👍 I would recommend for sure

This was our second time staying at the Pattra hotel. We love the area, and this hotel is in a good location, but I think we'll look for somewhere else next time. The sticking point would have to be that after checking and navigating the very odd level/elevator combinations, there was a random family sitting in our room. Management quickly moved us, but it definitely left a bad taste for the rest of the trip. The breakfast is just meh, food that should be hot was cold; and come on, there is a coffee shop on just about every corner now and you're still serving disgusting 3-in-1 mix! 

I have stay in the vila with sauna but the room was very old and not so clean also the swimming pool was not clean the price is not matching with the vila I have pay 1059 for one night in this price I can get more better room

I went to Pattra with my wife and my 2 children. The hotel emplacement is just amazing, the view on the mountains is extra from the balcony. We came late the first night, although the dinner buffet was about to close, the restaurant staff managed to provide various meals and desert before closing. The next day afternoon my children spent the whole time in the afternoon in the swimming pool, till 10 PM. The breakfast and the dinner buffet are really diversified and my children were able to find their favorite meals. The staff is really friendly and ready to assist despite the language barrier. We will definitely book another weekend soon in Pattra.

It was my first time staying at the Golden Leaf Hot Spring Hotel. It was very good, especially the front desk customer service in the hotel lobby, who was very polite and patient. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage, they also arranged a hotel car to pick us up! The villa area has some history after all, so the facilities are a bit old, but it does not affect the stay, especially the built-in hot spring pool is very large, and the room is also equipped with a comfortable room. OK, OK. Special praise for the customer service front desk: Gan Gua Gua, good service attitude, and thoughtful gift of mugwort bath bag.

Mainly the quality of the front desk service is excellent~ I originally booked a villa suite, but because I was traveling with children, I have to walk up 7 flights of stairs and carry a suitcase. Mr. Junkang took the initiative to propose to change to a family suite that does not require stairs~ Great suite, very large and convenient

The environment is nice and quiet. You can see the sunrise from the balcony in the morning. There is white mist floating in the town in the distance, and the mountains are looming in the sea of ​​clouds. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain and built on the mountain. The picture shows the mountain behind the hotel. There are jagged cliffs on the mountain. It would be even better if there were a small path to climb the mountain. There are many farms nearby, and you can get there within 10 minutes for meals. You can reach the Dafengmen Scenic Area for sightseeing, which is a few kilometers away. Although there are more than a dozen hot springs, the mountain terrain is a bit cramped, and there are no winding paths scattered around like in the garden. In terms of the comprehensive environment, price, service and surrounding facilities, it can be rated eight points, which is quite satisfactory.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, fresh air, rich and varied buffet breakfast, and clean hot spring pool water. My family and friends are very happy and satisfied this time! I feel that Jinyezi is a hotel with a high comprehensive cost-effectiveness!

When I checked in, there was a tour group and the lobby was full of elderly people. I almost didn't want to stay here. Fortunately, I could check in next to it and it was done quickly. The front desk was warm and polite and explained very well. I was reminded that the villa I booked was on the fifth floor and it was a bit old. If it was not suitable after checking in, I could switch to the main building. Due to special reasons, I still switched to the main building. I came here twice many years ago and knew that the hotel was relatively old. I felt good when I entered the room, which was much better than I expected. However, the most unsatisfactory thing was that the bathroom was super super smelly. The toilet seat was rotten and dirty. It was definitely not cleaned seriously for more than one or two days. The toilet porcelain was full of urine stains. It smelled bad as soon as I entered. Later, I couldn't stand it and flushed it with a lot of water for a long time before it was slightly better (Room 1612). Please ask the aunt in charge of cleaning to check the number, and hope to improve it. The waiter at the hot spring gate was very polite. I went there 3 times and different people were all polite. However, the waiter who changed clothes on the underground first floor and was responsible for linen was numb and cold. He asked if there was a shower cap - no, and if there were small shoes - no. Fortunately, the hot spring was good and warmed my heart. I came here on weekdays and there were few people in the morning and evening. Almost 70% of the pools were reserved. There were super many people in the tour group in the afternoon. According to the front desk, the general tour group only had one bath. The breakfast was also different from the individual guests in the same restaurant. There were not many people for breakfast, and the variety and quality were very ordinary. Many foods were not well kept warm, and the ingredients were very ordinary. The hot spring was very good. Although several pools were not open, there were not many people, enough for me to go to various pools to soak. A suggestion, there were many waiters in the hot spring area who were idle, and three or two were chatting together. Can you take the initiative to pour some tea and send it to the pool for the guests to drink? Sometimes I couldn't find a towel when I wanted to change it. When I went to other places to soak in hot springs, people all had these services. There was ginger water, fruit, and snacks in the rest area.

Originally I booked a separate soaking hot spring, dry steam room type, check in after getting the room, found the room very dilapidated, the door is also very closed, we immediately told the waiter, we want to change rooms, but the waiter was very kind, immediately helped me change rooms, and upgraded me to a suite, the suite environment is much better,

I have stayed in this hotel for many years. Due to the geographical environment, the humidity may have caused water marks on the toilet wall, but it is not unclean. It may be the result of years. . . . . . But the hotel management is still as good as usual. The air is first-class. It is better to go to the hot springs during the day. It is visibly clean.
