The overall feeling is great value for money. The breakfast in the hotel is very good. I like the coffee and noodles. The other desserts are also very delicious. I will definitely stay here again😍 I would also like to thank the lady at the front desk for helping us change to a room on a high floor after seeing that we asked for quiet. We were very happy🫶We were very happy to check in on the Mid-Autumn Festival and specially gave us moon cakes and fruits in the room to welcome us. It was full of Mid-Autumn ritual feeling👏 In addition, the hotel has very convenient transportation. It is within half an hour of the exhibition hall, Guangzhou landmark Xiaomanyao, the former site of Huangpu Military Academy and the ferry. It is very good and recommended!

The room was very old, the roof leaked, and water dripped directly onto the quilt. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night. The service was terrible and the experience was extremely poor.

Jiangyun Hotel booked a room online to entertain a customer who had paid online. The front desk asked the guest to collect payment privately. All payment records were recorded. They were charged twice twice in three days of stay. When they called to complain, the hotel staff shied away from responsibility and said that the customer made repeated orders. The customers themselves made the mistake. Very bad attitude and refused to apologize. He also hung up the phone and refused to accept any rebuttal. The second time I collected money from the customer, and when I was found out, I was told that I could not refund the money to the customer because there was no preferential price for the customer to pay on site, so they refunded the room fee we ordered online.

1. The waiter in the restaurant has a very bad attitude. He thinks that foreign tourists cannot understand Cantonese, and talks and insults in private without admitting it. 2. Before the check-out time, the guest room card permission was canceled directly, and the elevator could not be used. 3. The sound insulation effect of the room is extremely poor, and the sound of the passengers next door plugging in can be heard. The check-in experience was extremely bad and will never be forgotten.

Overall it's pretty good. Apart from the noisy road outside the window, the price is affordable and there is breakfast. The breakfast includes Guangzhou's sticky rice chicken, rice noodles, etc. The dishes are relatively small, but it's OK for travel. It's a bit far from the subway station. There are many restaurants next to the hotel. Snacks are not expensive!

The quality of the hotel staff is very professional. I came to the hotel specifically to make up for the huge amount, but they kept urging me to check out and renew the room. The smell of the urban-rural fringe was very strong!
