當天早上九點多到，即可辦理入住。當時有很多房都是打開的，入住後，沒有地方煮水，洗手盆漏水。便要求換房。換另一間房後，插卡沒電，服務員就站在旁邊，竟然叫我自己去換。桌上有積灰，拖鞋是破的。煮水壺有積銹。後來遙控器控制不了電視，遙控器到別的房間可用，換了幾個房間的遙控器都不行。我要求再換房，居然説已換一次了，不能再換了。想想也基本沒有時間看電視，主要是不想影響心情，就算了。
熱水是24小時的。總之，350元一晚，真的太不值得
住兩晚，下午1點退房。把門卡交前台就ok了。

太差了，搞到我整天心情都不好
洗髮水沐浴露都沒有，空調遙控器調不了，要三百塊，真的好過去搶。
衹值60元。

服務熱情，單人間很温馨，考慮到考試，所以訂了離學校最近的酒店，走路幾分鐘就到了，不錯👍，值得推薦。

考試定的，建議考試不要定路邊酒店，實在太吵了。前台服務員態度差，打電話問問題還反問客户的語氣。酒店衞生是真的不太好，房間味道很大，枕頭能看到毛髮。紙巾質量真的差到不行

床上有蟲爬，摁死了一衹；床、枕頭有明顯異味，枕套、被褥已經起球、泛黃了；壁紙桌椅有明顯的污痕，應該是一直不搭理；桌面比較臟亂，床簾也是爛布了…可以理解廣州房價貴，開酒店成本高，但是房費相比其他地區也並不便宜，利潤也挺大的，希望酒店管理上還是注意注意…一個客人一晚的住宿費都夠換套床上用品了，有異味的床不換我是真沒法理解。

房間還好，隔音一般 將就一晚上是沒問題的，就是牆上好多蟲子，希望這方面衞生能做好一點，無論是低價還是特惠，衞生應該永遠是排第一的，希望可以改進
