The staff is friendly, but the room is small and the black mold on the toilet ceiling is disgusting.

Location was good in the sense it’s just opposite a mall with a supermarket and there are 24h food options to the left of the hotel. Plenty of cat and dog cafes just behind the hotel which makes it a nice place to browse. Clean room, the only downside would be the lack of a mini fridge. Optional items such as makeup removers and alcohol wipes are available from the front desk. Front desk staff are amazing in helping me with my parcel delivery problems that I encountered. So kudos to them!

First day no room to change room( due to noisy room, cannot sleep)hassle to pack and unpack next day , however the staff very efficient to offer change room next day with complimentary breakfast and fruits platter
Overall , the room is clean and comfy , staff very friendly and very polite

Location and service is superior, service is great. Huge shopping mall and many restaurants within walking distance. The only thing is the wifi only works if you have a mainland number.
