Very modern and clean rooms, we are all very glad that we’ve chosen and stayed in this hotel. The staffs are all very friendly and fast to react to all requests. Breakfast place are small with only a few tables, not a lot of choices but good enough for us. Will definitely comes back for our next trip.

Great hotel for its price. The location is convenient with the price you pay, loads of restaurants and shopping mall in walking distance. Metro line is also walkable (although we call the cab most of the time). The baby stroller usage in metro is a a bit difficult as the exit near hotel has no elevator but from what i observed it’s very limited every station not just here. The staffs are super friendly and helpful although language can be small barrier.
The only con for me is smoking odour at the corridor of our floor which why i put just 4 on cleanliness (not the room cleanliness)

Overall its an excellent stay, great location, clean and have 5 star service, we were served by lesley, she is so welcoming and nice. Really an amazing experience.

Hotel location is very good, close to metro station, and quite a lot of restaurants nearby.
Staff is quite nice.

The staff are super friendly.They go out of their way to make your stay memorable.The breakfast has high quality food to satisfy your cravings.The location is great A nice scenic walk would take you to the museum,to the opera house, or the Canton Tower Overall a great stay.

The room we were first allocated smelt of cigarets and they upgraded us to a bigger room. Was very impressed with their snacks, had fruit for the kids and noodles for when you were hungry at night too. Also, my wife’s period came and they had a supply of pads for emergencies. Very handy!

They are all provided for free} The hotel is located at No. 81 Huangpu Avenue West, Tianhe District, with convenient transportation. It is a five-minute walk from Exit D of Tiyu West Station on Line 3 of the subway station. It is surrounded by large shopping malls such as Zhengjia Plaza and Tianhe City. It is very convenient for shopping malls, eating, drinking and having fun ~ Your satisfaction is our biggest motivation, and it is a great honor for the hotel to receive your recognition ~ We look forward to your next visit and wish you a happy trip!

Very good location.
Excellent bedding... I enjoyed very good sleep during my stay.
The room's smart electronic control is not well thought through:
Eg. The curtain shouldn't be drawn open every time a room entrance is made. (It's ridiculous to require the guest to re-close the curtain again and again if the guest had closed it before leaving the room!)

Lesley, our front desk girl, was very helpful. The services were good. The location of the hotel is great. It’s near the metro and near the big park. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Hotel's location was very good and near the busy Tianhe district malls.
Room was overall clean, albeit a little small. TV didn't work for a few days and the staff tried but couldn't fix it in time.
Overall, a good short stay.
