Perfect location, close to airport, totally safe, tons of bars & restaurants right there. Peaceful, comfortable and completely equipped rooms. Nice bar/restaurant on site as well. Very walkable area where Good Hotel gives maps & suggestions on line. Best in room coffee! Stayed here on my arrival night and departure because it was so great. LOVED the staff! However, the coolest is how they donate all profits to educate Guatamalan children as well as try to train to retain and promote staff within.

Great room and the staff was helpful and friendly. All questions and needs were answered in order. I appreciate everyone at good hotel and the great story behind from it. From the site to the room the place was 10/10. We will be back to enjoy this great place.

the king size bed is absolutely confortable! the views from the room, are nice! shower and amenities are fine. the room size for two people are OK. People in the main desk are extremely nice, I had some questions about how to go to downtown, and they carefully explained to me. The hotel is in a nice area where the are some restaurants-bars, some of them with good rewievs.

Totally meet expectation. Very clean, almost brand new condition. But, no complimentary water bottle(just a tap water) and sleeper.

I stayed in the hotel for two weeks, the hotel staff were great; they do all they can to help you. If you want a modern hotel with all the facilities in Guatemala City zona 4; you have to stay at Good Hotel and plus you’re helping with Guatemalan kids education.

Good Hotel exceeded our expectations! Everyone was very welcoming and kind, our room was nice and conftorble to stay in with very nice ambience. The hotel had a great outdoor and indoor vibe that we were able to enjoy. Another perk was that the hotel was located in an area where we felt safe.

Staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel is very clean, nice and with a very nice view of the city. The hotel is located in a very nice area with many places to eat. The only thing we missed was a TV. There wasn't a TV in the room. Overall, I liked our stayed. We only stayed for one night.

The hotel itself is very well kept, comfortable and has an amazing design. Everything you need is there and is also beautiful. The location is also really good! The idea of helping the community is also really nice! Overall a very GOOD HOTEL!
