Staff are very friendly, breakfast was good, I had a sausage and bacon sandwich one morning, it was a proper sandwich.

We enjoyed the friendly welcome and atmosphere. There were a lot of communal sitting rooms for guests with interesting curios.
The lake in the grounds with ducks was pleasant. Would be nice staying when the indoor pool is open.
It is helpful that evening meals can be offered on pre reservation along with a glass of wine from their local vineyard. Guests need to be prepared that food orders may get a bit muddled or be out of stock and the outside area is rustic.
Certainly a unique experience staying here. Thank you to the staff.

The female member of staff that checked us in couldn’t have been more helpful and with a smile on her face. Food was disappointing. Clean room and clean shared areas.

The reception was beautiful. Log fire etc home to home feel.bed room was lovely. Would of been better if the two rooms were joined or main entrance had a lock. Customer service was great. Although the guy did smell of alcohol. Apart from that lovely

Very disappointing and not matching description on website.
No chef so only three items on offer and no white wine

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts Michael and Scott were both friendly and enthusiastic about their job. My room / bathroom was meticulously clean. The house was older but with a lot of character. I enjoyed the breakfast - the menu was varied with something for everyone. The table had white tablecloths and real China settings. I recommend this properly.
