賓館距離貴定縣站500多米，乘火車很方便。附近有超市、飯店，還有許多賣水果、小吃的攤子。房間很大，裝修出人意料的好。被褥潔白如雪，床、櫃、桌都是新的。五樓有大曬台，每層樓都有曬衣服的房間，設施真的很齊全。衞生用品也很好，還放了洗衣粉，周到細緻。唯一的缺點是馬路對面是“老乾媽”的廠房，夜裡也生產，機器聲響很大。
