酒店位置很好，交通很方便，附近很多小吃店，都是桂林特色很好吃！酒店的衞生也乾淨，毛巾好像是新換的很軟，酒店的早餐也不錯，比較合胃口，值得推薦的一家酒店！

房間很乾凈，很喜歡這種感覺，酒店得服務很好，前台小姐姐介紹了很多當地好吃的，酒店早餐的桂林米粉也很不錯，好吃！酒店還有洗衣房，洗好晾在裏面還可以曬得到太陽，真好！

敍述一件事情：本人商務出差，在攜程商旅定房已住一天，第二天早上9點半繼續預訂續住，因本人失誤，點到了到店付，沒有發現，在前台刷過房卡，前台也沒有發現，也沒有追要房費。半夜接近12點派個男士敲房門要我補交房費，嚇得魂飛魄散，還一個勁説趕緊開門補交房費。房門是自然不敢開的，打電話到前台詢問，就説沒有交趕緊開門補交就行，我説我先查清楚看訂單怎麼回事先，如果沒有交明天再説，涉及審批。跟本容不得我查手機看訂單，就一口咬定説打了幾次電話給我我故意不接，惡狠狠地説我是要賴賬，要報警！事實上房間電話根本沒響！我説了沒有接到過電話！我也沒有想過要賴賬，都是在攜程商旅訂的，公司付的，還是大聲嚷嚷！然後派了女服務員過來敲門，協商先掃碼補房費，第二天補訂單之後再退錢，我開了門讓女服務員進房間，刷了房費 她自己用手機撥打酒店房間電話，一直未響！誠然，出現誤會我並不知情，是我訂單點錯在先，前台也在換班，難免出錯，但是，這種直接用粗暴的方式惡狠狠的語氣處理誤會抱歉我不接受！！！在這個我幾次住過的著名連鎖酒店著名旅遊城市，用這種方式處理事情，出差這麼多年，第一次碰到，無比震驚！無比憤怒！！！
