位置很好，在七星公園對面，但是七星公園需要55門票，老闆服務很好，房間很肅靜。熱水很充足。交通便利，周圍吃飯的地方很多。

空調不太給力，其他都很好，酒店很安靜，對面就是七星公園的山，房間也很乾凈。 去市中心1.2公里左右，打的很快。

整個旅程感受最差的一家，評論估計不少買的窗外風景差的緊。雙人床的小房間應該是隔板另搭的走一步都會晃動完全不敢大步走路，衞生很差地板蠻臟的最重要床上殘留頭髮不少……衞生間淋浴門是壞的導致洗完澡外面全都濕了存在安全隱患。紙巾差的要死……不到八點鐘就被一口自住的住户驚醒，突然好大一聲吵，然後就是間歇的大聲談話。喜歡乾淨想安靜的勸退！！！！

優點：有車位，區位優勢明顯，門前小東江，對面七星公園，市區熱門景點均在十五分鐘車程，價格實惠無可挑剔，房間乾淨衞生，裝修優雅大方。 缺點：隔音不好，房外人説話聽得清晰，半夜被叫門旅客吵醒，四點被離店旅客吵醒。

這個地方比較偏僻，在地圖上看是江邊以為會有江景，到了才發現想多了，開車進去很深，如果不是自駕，帶孩子出行慎選，這裏挨着的兩個景區都是自費項目，也就是普通公園，沒什麼好玩的，花錢買門票進去沒什麼必要，幾乎沒人去，入住和退房都是自助的，自己去抽屜拿房卡，走的時候房卡丟進去沒有服務可言

桂林的民宿很多都沒有電梯，要抬行李上樓不是很方便
