Jasper has a great little Dim-Sum Restaurant on the 1st floor. l love this place because it's medium priced and yummy. I take left overs to my room or to the train. Very convenient.
My room was perfect... big TV, bathtub and separate shower, very clean, and they brought a fruit plate Provided hot water with tea... bring your own coffee. I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed two nights.

太坑了！預訂了個價格328的房間，顯示14.00前退房，因為行程有變，取消了第二天的房間，於是當天17.30左右退的房，超時了3個多小時，前台讓我補200塊錢超時費（美名其曰他們的鐘點房就這麼收費）。。這不是坑人嗎？最後僵持很久，才同意讓我補164。走了之後越想越不對勁，問了其他酒店發現超時都是按25～40一小時補，有的酒店甚至商量以後可以免費延長退房時間。這居然是一個五星級酒店的做法嗎？可能是看我一個人好欺負吧，下次去桂林不會再來這個酒店了！

從2019年開始，每次來桂林都住這裏，整體感覺是比較滿意的。從衞生、陳設、服務整體都還不錯。地段優秀，到萬達等地很近，不急的話散散步就可以到

整體體驗感不錯。親子房是普通標間多加了一張床，有點壓縮活動空間。酒店整體服務非常好，我們的需求都能夠及時響應，酒店人員工作態度也很好。衞生乾淨，房間及公共區域環境都沒有異味。五一期間泳池沒有開放，早餐對標同類酒店也顯得一般，其他都很好。

定的豪華大床，遠處還能看到山，房間很大，尤其是大床真的特別大，住了這麼多酒店沒見過這麼大床的哈哈哈～睡的很舒服，隔音也不錯，早餐不算很豐富但也能滿足。唯一就是電視的分辨率實在是太低，不過主要是旅行玩到晚上才回看電視的時間不長～整體很滿意

親子游房間是雙床房拼一起比大床好大，有浴缸帶一次性泡澡帶和寶寶泳衣每晚泡澡+玩水玩的不亦樂乎。房間還算挺大有窗户，還算隔音。因為不算特別市區所以也比較安靜。出行很方便15分鐘-半小時內的旅行圈。
小童遊樂園:最重磅的是有小童遊樂園非常適合學齡前小童解放雙手每天怒省幾十元。
因為臨時更改人數房間早早訂好的家庭房改成無早餐的雙床，弱弱問客服能否贈早很爽快的贈送三晚早餐，又省了上百元。就沖這服務必須好評啊。
整體出遊感覺是不錯的 可以。
