Very nice hotel well located in the historic heart of Guimarães. The only thing missing was a small refrigerator in our room. Perfect welcome.

Very nice and clean hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would recommend staying here if you are visiting Guimaraes. Our only complaint is that the breakfast isn't worth the extra cost.

Great value hotel - good location, nice modern bathroom, everywhere was clean, comfy bed, nice breakfast. Car parking isn’t too far away. As others have mentioned, there is no lift, which may be an issue for some people. Staff were also very friendly

Property is dated and old. Typical Portuguese rudeness during front desk interactions, but not bad. Property states it has laundry facilities, not true. It also states it is wheelchair accessible, which is not true. There is no elevator and there are stairs to go anywhere in the property.

This a nice, clean hotel in a central but quiet area. Staff were fantastic. I only give it 4 stars, however, as there is no elevator above the first floor. The property clearly states this on its website but it's still a pain to drag luggage up the stairs. There's also no coffee in the room.

Able to park outside the hotel to unload our luggage, two options available for parking, both were approx 300 m, from hotel. Option 1 was free, totally safe, second option was 5€ p/day secured parking

It is located right at the heart of the city. From here to any popular location you can walk in 10-15 minutes max. Room was good. Bathroom toiletries can be much better. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. And wifi is spotless. Totally recommended.

This was a charming, well kept, small hotel in a very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
