環境：他們家的環境我覺得是蠻不錯的，也基本上就是符合頁面寫的了一個大小，但是呢，有個很奇怪的地方，就是他進門之後左邊就是我們的洗手枱，然後你在通往主廳的時候會有一個台階，這個是有一點奇怪的
衞生：大家的衞生我覺得是比較可以的，沒有看到很明顯有臟的地方
設施：設施的話要吐槽一下，首先第1個，可以看到圖片，它的天花板上有兩個很明顯很大的缺，我們不是説吊牆皮是不能接受的事情，但是這兩塊牆壁吊在最顯眼的位置。第2個就是我們去的時候他家沒有網，WiFi和電視都是看不了的。第3個是最忍不了的，他的電視比較小就算了，同時他的電視的播放邏輯是一定需要你去花錢或者説是買類似的東西去贈送的那個電影卡才能看的，它不是我們正式的家庭電視或者説其他酒店的電視的邏輯很離譜這個環節
服務：他的服務也是有點離譜的前台，我們再來的時候他還吃東西，整個人態度沒有説很好，但是我覺得也可以理解，都是打工人，但是我們第2次進去的時候要了兩瓶水，這瓶水到我離房之前都沒有給我送過來，他當時在打遊戲

首先位置不是很好找，在建築後門！第二點房間環境還是可以，視野還不錯，但是坐電梯到了過後，有一部分號的房間還要步行走一樓樓梯，有噴假花盆栽，灰有點多。第三點服務，因為我那個房間的電視不能投屏，開電視就自動關閉WIFI，前台小姐姐還是很耐心，跟我上樓看了，但是沒辦法處理，該問題也不了了之，沒有後續！ 總的來説新店住房看運氣！

酒店管理差到極點了，停車還自己付錢，大清早六點火警響了，沒人管，還得自己主動問前台，前台若無其事的樣子，全程沒有一句道歉，這樣的酒店前台服務是真的太差了。

我先講講我為什選這家酒店。
地板！淺色！淋浴間跟房間之間有磨砂玻璃！
過去的12個月，我在貴陽出差了90天。在這個街區200塊以下的酒店都差不多，有衞生死角，牀頭櫃後邊容易有煙頭什麼的，上次住了個地毯的酒店，有蟲子。這些一百多的酒店，地毯就是從鋪上的那天，到倒閉都不會洗一次！我同事泡麪掉地毯上了，保潔把固體打掃了，液體等它自己幹？
於是我鐵了心找一個地板或者瓷磚的酒店，對這個街區的所有酒店進行了普查！
然後我遇到了深色地板和房間裝飾的，我覺得淺色的可能對我這種工作壓力大更健康。衞生間有的酒店沒有那塊磨砂玻璃，我多少有點密恐，所以選了這家。
我再講講，我為什麼再也不住這家！
夜裡老有人敲門！關鍵是我觀察他們很清醒，不是醉漢！不是每個晚上都有，沒有的晚上我害怕有人來瞎敲門，有的晚上有時候還特別晚！一個晚上還有過2-3個不同的男人來敲門，跟他説走錯了，他過一會兒還來！直到我説再敲報警才不敲，夜裡被嚇醒2次，心跳快的差點給自己叫救護車！
不論是這個酒店得罪了競爭對手，還是這棟樓治安不好，或者它就是總吸引愛瞎敲門的客人，我是再也不住了。（心累）

房間佈置非常不錯，孩子非常喜歡。房間整體乾淨整潔，設施齊全。周邊的環境不錯，晚上也比較安靜。樓下有很多吃飯的地方，很方便。
前台很熱情，我們到達時預訂的房間沒有打掃完，主動幫我們換了一個房間。
