Bed room does not have air condition. Only the floor air condition in the living room, and one fan to spread the cool air to bedroom. The facilities look old. Not provide slipper in room.

Hotel staff helped commidate us after trip.com would not. Great staff!

The counter staff were friendly, but... I wish they would pay a little more attention to customer service and room maintenanceㅜ As soon as I checked in and entered the room, the terrace door was broken and made a ghostly noise whenever the wind blew, but they said it was fixed and sold itㅠ I called the front desk and waited, but they didn't come, so I called again, and a foreign staff member came and checked the problem, apologized, and asked me to wait a little longer, but the Korean staff member who came to change the room after that just told me to leave the key and go to the room across the street and looked somewhere else and had a really uninterested expression... I wasted more than 30 minutes and kept waiting, but there was no explanation, is this rightㅜ The room was warm and clean because it was newly renovated!

Breakfast time was set, so it was confusing. The bathroom light was flickering, so I had to change rooms, but it was inconvenient to go back and forth because it was far from the front desk. The view from the veranda was quiet.

It was a very enjoyable trip in a comfortable space. Next time I come to Gyeongju, I definitely plan to stay at Kensington Resort.

I was upgraded to a remodeled room. The exterior was a bit worn, but there were a lot of trees, so it felt like staying in the forest. However, the underground parking lot entrance was narrow and the parking lot was gloomy. I can understand why everyone parks on the ground floor. The room was clean, warm, and nice, but there was a lot of noise between floors because there was a family with children staying upstairs.

We booked 2 nights from January 14th and went on a trip to Gyeongju with 3 people. It was located near Bomun Lake and it was not too expensive to take a taxi from the city center, which was around 15,000 won. There were many taxis, so we didn't feel any inconvenience. They upgraded the room we reserved by 2 levels, so we used it comfortably. It was even better because it was a room with a lake view that had been remodeled. We had a delicious breakfast at Ashley Queens... The 3 of us unanimously agreed to stay one more night, so we used a larger room, and we were satisfied. We are planning to go on a trip to Gyeongju again soon... We will use it again without hesitation. Be sure to use the remodeled room...

It's in the mountains, so I got bitten 8 times by mosquitoes. Only my sonㅜㅜ The low table is uncomfortable to sit on, and there is no dresser or chair There is no air conditioner in the bedroom, and there is a fan, but the cord is on the headboard, so it is useless!! Booked for a family trip of 5. It was spacious and had a nice view. I booked a room that hadn't been remodeled, but I think it would be much more comfortable if I booked a remodeled room next time. It was nice for the family to use the same room and play together, but if you're considering using the shower or bathroom, it would be better to book a separate room for 2 or 3 people. The parking lot was too narrow, so it was difficult to park late at night and it was very difficult to open the door when getting out of the car. It was very convenient to move to tourist attractions, and if you're going on a golf trip, the surrounding golf course facilities were good, so it was okay.

I booked a remodeled room and stayed there for 2 nights with my family. It was cleaner and better than I imagined! It was spacious and cool, and the exterior felt old, but the interior was really great. And most of all, the bed was so soft that my mom and dad said they slept well. I would visit again next time!
