급하게 대구를 다녀올 일이 있어서 예약하게 되었어요.
경북대학교병원 근처에 호텔을 찾아보다가 호텔 예약을 했는데 4성급이라고 하는 라온제나가 생각보다 객실 시설이 노후가 되었더라구요.
그래도 서비스는 엄 친절하셨어요.

1. 변기 물이 내려가지 않아서 새벽에 방을 옮기는 등 고생했습니다
2. 문제된 부분에 대해 시설팀에서의 확인 등이 이루어지지 못하였습니다
3. 담당자 업무 처리에 대해서도 방을 옮길때 같은 층에 옮겨주는 것이 상식적 (새벽 4시에 이동) 인데 다른층으로 옮긴 부분이 상당히 좋지 못하였습니다
4. 첫 방이나 옮긴 두번째 방 모두 바닦에 얼룩인지 오래되어 삭은 자국 같은것들이 있어서 좀 불쾌했습니다

위치 정말 마음에 듭니다만, 딱 보이는 곳만 깨끗하지 조금만 눈 돌리면 오래된 티, 청결하지 못한 곳이 눈에 보이는게 아쉽습니다.

ホテル周辺に飲食店、コンビニが充実してて便利でした。部屋は広く、キレイに掃除されてて清潔感はありました。ただ、建物が老朽化している所が少し気になりました。枕元にコンセント、電気のスイッチが無くて不便でした。
