Guest UserThe hotel is near to Bern station and just take free tram or buses to explore city of Bern. We stayed 2 nights here but unfortunately 1/8 is Swiss national days, all shops are closed including supermarkets like Coop

Guest UserThis is the best hotel in Switzerland. The hotel is located next to the Federal Palace. After arriving in Bern at 12 o'clock, since it was not the specified check-in time, I wanted to store my luggage in the hotel. But the lady at the front desk directly gave me a room on the top floor, which was very private. And the bed is very soft. When leaving the hotel, the hotel gave me a piece of chocolate as a special gift.
