Bern Hotels with Parking

The hotel is near to Bern station and just take free tram or buses to explore city of Bern. We stayed 2 nights here but unfortunately 1/8 is Swiss national days, all shops are closed including supermarkets like Coop

Very pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road. Promised to write a review for the boss, I hope he can understand Chinese.

The front desk staff were really helpful, informing us about free transport tickets and recommending places to visit. Parking was a bonus! It was free during our stay, though the parking lot is a bit small with narrow spaces, but that wasn't a big deal. The location is convenient, about a ten-minute drive to the Old Town. The room was spacious, facing the Ferris wheel. It could get a little noisy at night, but it wasn't too disruptive.

Spacious and luxurious room with huge bathroom. Conveniently located next to public transportation, attractions and shopping. Restaurant at Sky Terrace was overpriced and didn’t taste nice. Restaurant Jack’s at ground floor has nice ambience and serves nice steaks.

One of the few hotels in the area that offers family rooms. However, its underground parking garage is incredibly narrow and terrifying; my Mercedes GLE almost got stuck in the roundabout when entering. The rims still sustained minor scratches. Thankfully, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting me out of the underground garage and allowing me to park in front of the hotel.

The room was nice and the service was good. The water world was great. The breakfast was good. There is a shopping mall next to it. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel didn't give me the transportation ticket in advance, so I spent dozens of francs when I first arrived.

Amazing place, kitchen has everything, microwave, salt and pepper (just no oil) utensils and cooking equipment is all in good condition. Only downside is there’s no air conditioning, but the staffs were nice enough to provide me a fan to put in the room. Appreciate the friendly staffs for helping me with the check in process and i was able to check in early thankfully.

This hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you

As a chain brand, every aspect, from check-in to room service, was well-organized and efficient. The staff were professional and enthusiastic, ensuring a hassle-free experience. While the room wasn't overly spacious and felt a bit compact, it was well-designed and equipped with all necessary amenities. What truly impressed me was the cleanliness of the room. The floor, bed, and bathroom were all spotless. The sheets and duvet covers were fresh and crisp, and the bathroom was free of water stains and odors. Attention to detail was evident everywhere. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a short walk to both the subway and train stations, which was a real game-changer for anyone traveling by public transport. Whether catching an early morning train or returning late at night, it was stress-free and significantly saved travel time and energy. Despite the smaller room size, its outstanding cleanliness and superb location still make it a highly recommended stay.

Hotel is in an ideal location with a very short walk from a nearby train station. The Hotel has a lovely old feel to it but is very clean. The breakfast is continental style but with enough on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and positive about the City. The Hotel offers a pop up bar across the road. Very nice stay and the only complaint was soft pillows.
