The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the bedding is comfortable, and there is no smell in the house. The front desk handled the problem quickly, and the sound insulation problem was reported to the front desk and the room was changed. Environment: I went to breakfast late, and the waiter patiently asked if I wanted to try the wontons. There's also a fantastic restaurant nearby; you definitely have to try their pilaf!

The two washing machines and two dryers were really convenient and worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and parking was easy. Oh, one thing though: the shower in my room wasn't great. I hope the hotel sees this and fixes it soon. We had already unpacked everything and were only staying one night, so we didn't bother asking to switch rooms. The water pressure was too low for the main showerhead to even work, so I had to make do with the small handheld one. I think the water pressure just wasn't strong enough.

The underground parking lot is large and very convenient. But I don't know if it is because of the new decoration, the room facilities are either a problem here or there. When I first arrived, the air conditioning in the room was very small. I couldn't see it from the engineering department. I changed the room for us. The air conditioning was good, but the TV and network could not be used. Think about it. I took the wifi next door and I will deal with it. Overall it's OK, but the price is not very high to be honest.

The location is fantastic, directly opposite Hami Railway Station. There are many unique local restaurants nearby, and the backyard parking is very convenient for those traveling by car. The female customer service staff and male staff at the front desk were incredibly warm and attentive, even helping us find a parking spot – really impressive! The breakfast was rich and delicious. This is my second time in Hami, and I continue to experience the city's friendly hospitality.
