The room was spotless, and the bathroom was incredibly clean, with a disposable toilet seat cover provided. They even brought complimentary milk and fruit! The service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. I had booked without breakfast online, but the front desk kindly offered a free breakfast during check-in. The breakfast itself was delicious and offered a great variety. It felt like I was getting four-star hotel amenities and service for the price of a business hotel. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The environment is truly wonderful. A security guard greeted us as soon as we got out of the car, and a receptionist greeted us warmly in the lobby. Knowing we had a child with us, she even provided little slippers for our little one. The room was also very spacious and clean. Because we had to leave early in the morning and missed breakfast, they even provided a light meal to take away, including milk, bread, eggs, and fruit. The service was simply amazing! 👍

The location of the hotel is very good, less than 10 minutes' drive from the train station, and there is a very delicious Yiloulan Xinjiang restaurant upstairs in the hotel building, which I ate at for two days in a row. The overall decoration of the hotel is very new. It just opened in 2024, but there is no peculiar smell. The mattresses, pillows and bedding are all made of environmentally friendly materials and are very comfortable.

The hotel has a ground parking lot and a charging pile. I have booked this place back and forth in Xinjiang. The front desk has always been polite and welcoming. The security guard is also very reliable. I feel at home. I hope that I will be pet friendly next time. ～

We had a good time at the hotel, the room was very large and spacious and the staff are very friendly. They brought fresh fruit to us and supplied lots of filtered water. The location is handy right above a large supermarket and near the railway station but if you are looking for more shopping and dining it might be a little quiet for you.

The hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.

The hotel has complete facilities, heating has been turned on, and the rooms with underfloor heating are very warm. The rooms are clean, the surrounding environment is nice, and the hotel has free private parking, which is very convenient. The hotel supervisor provided excellent service, promptly resolved our issues, and upgraded our room free of charge.

The facilities are still new, but I don't know why the bath water flow is very small. It is okay at the beginning of a few minutes. It will become smaller and smaller later, so that it is not strong to wash! The water at the sink was also small. Later, the little girl at the front desk was slightly fuller and enthusiastically repaired it. The facilities were deducted here! The service deduction of one star is that the attitude of individual personnel is relatively cold! Overall, this hotel is worth living!
