The location is super convenient; it's a ten-minute walk to where I needed to be, and there are plenty of dining options and easy access to taxis nearby. "My husband and I chose this hotel on Trip.com for our self-drive trip to Xinjiang, and it certainly didn't disappoint! First off, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and even helped us with our luggage. Secondly, the hotel was clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was great. What really impressed me were the many thoughtful amenities, like a clothesline in the bathroom and even a **live streaming gimbal**. Plus, the towels and slippers were all disinfected and sealed. Hotel location is very convenient, not far from the road to the attractions, travel is super worry-free. The room was clean and refreshing, the bedding was soft, and after visiting the sea road and Barry's grassland, I could take a hot bath and sleep well. It was really healing. The front desk lady also enthusiastically recommended us delicious local roast buns and hand-caught rice, which helped us avoid a lot of pits. "Advantages:
The service is very enthusiastic, whether it is the front desk or the room attendant. Before checking in, I took the initiative to contact and add WeChat to send travel information.
The family room is very large, with a living room and a bedroom, which is more convenient for bringing children.
The room facilities are quite new, and the room layout is very childlike.
The breakfast is more local, with watermelon and cantaloupe. I am not used to it, but the children say it is quite delicious.
You can wash five pieces of clothing for free, which is also very convenient.
Disadvantages:
The water temperature in the bathtub is very cold, about 30 degrees, and there is no hotter water. I asked the waiter and he said that the water temperature in the bathtub is like this and cannot be adjusted to be hotter.
There are condoms in the drawer that were turned out by the children. This is a parent-child family room, which is too speechless. The staff said that this is a unified requirement of the Hami hotel industry, but we did not do this in other hotels."
