Explore 4-Star Hotels in Hami

Highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Hami! The environment is excellent, and the rooms are very spacious. The front desk staff and security guards are all super friendly and even helped us bring our luggage to the room. The hotel's parking lot is also very large and convenient, with charging facilities available. The breakfast spread is incredibly varied and much better than many hotels I've stayed at inland; the food tasted really good – highly recommended! It was so refreshing in this hot weather. Although it's in a new district, there are plenty of dining options nearby, which is a big plus.

The hotel is located on the high-speed public speed side, easy to get in and out. The parking lot has a PetroChina Kunlun charging station, which is convenient for charging and low price. Service management is warm, the room is spacious, feels good, the facilities are complete, clean and hygienic, the breakfast is delicious, the variety is wide, can meet the needs of all kinds of tastes, five-star praise!

The room facilities are complete, comfortable, spacious, and tidy, and the sanitation is good. The lady at the front desk has an excellent service attitude. There are free parking spaces in the yard, and you can also charge your car. The security guard in the lobby and the security guard in the parking lot provided superb service! It's convenient to eat around. I recommend staying here.

Everything is good, a newly opened hotel, good service, responsive. The slightly older female manager with a foreign accent at the front desk left a deep impression. She helped in the restaurant this morning on the 6th. The service is very professional. The breakfast is delicious and rich, and the stay is comfortable. If I hadn't been on a business trip this morning, I would have stayed for a few more nights... When I checked out, the girl at the front desk also gave me two bottles of mineral water. The details are really good. There are restaurants everywhere downstairs of the hotel. Supermarkets are convenient.

The overall experience of Vienna International Hotel is great! It is necessary to focus on the little girl at the front desk, the attitude is particularly gentle, the work is serious and responsible, the check-in is efficient and careful, take the initiative to remind the precautions, and patiently answer questions. The service is really in place. The hotel's European-style lobby is elegant, the environment is clean and tidy, the room is comfortable and quiet, the hygiene is very meticulous, and the living is safe and comfortable. Whether it is a business trip or a trip, it is very suitable, highly recommended, will choose here next time!

Excellent! Self-service car wash: I drove from Xinjiang and my car was very dirty. I used the self-service wash in the morning and it came out sparkling clean. Hygiene: Very clean. Service: Every time I entered or exited the hotel, the staff would greet me. After checking out, they even called to ask if I arrived safely at my next destination – very thoughtful. Environment: I went to breakfast late, and the waiter patiently asked if I wanted to try the wontons. There's also a fantastic restaurant nearby; you definitely have to try their pilaf!

The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The lobby was a pleasant surprise, giving it a high-end feel. The hotel stay was very comfortable. The room was fully smart-enabled; if I didn't want to close the curtains or turn off the lights while lying in bed, I could just call out to Xiaodu (a smart speaker), which was incredibly convenient and perfect for a lazy person like me. The toilet had a heating function, which I found very thoughtful and a great touch. The hotel was also very quiet, and the king-size bed was exceptionally clean and comfortable – fantastic! I originally planned to stay one night, but I couldn't resist staying an extra day. Thank you to the hotel staff for their hard work, which made my trip to Hami even more pleasant and enjoyable.

The single room is clean and warm, with drinks and bottled purified water. There is also a water purifier in the room to boil drinking hot water. The service staff are very enthusiastic, and the security guards help arrange parking and pick up luggage. I personally feel good about it, and it is better than the hotel across the road.

The room forgot to take pictures, the living is very comfortable and clean, the parking lot is convenient for self-driving downstairs, the security brother helped to find a parking space, see that we pulled a lot of luggage and waited to open the door, thank you very much, the front desk is also very good, I thought I forgot to take things after checking out and went back to find it. Later, I found out that I was put in the suitcase by my family. The front desk also took the initiative to ask, very responsible. Although the breakfast is simple but the taste is very good, there are small supermarkets nearby, it is convenient to go there, Damei Xinjiang bye.

Hotel details and service are in place. As soon as I entered the door, I saw that I prepared tea and cool stickers. The front desk Xiaoyan service was good and intimate to inform some basic matters. The laundry room gym, breakfast on the few floors, the room is also spacious and bright, the environment is good and the mood is good.
