Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were both efficient, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. Overall, it was great, and I slept really well throughout the night. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

We booked this hotel when we were passing through Hami on our way back from Urumqi. It is a chain of Orange Hotels, trustworthy, clean, well-equipped, and the breakfast was clean and delicious. The service attitude of the staff was also very good. The room type I needed was out of stock, so they changed it for me. When I needed to heat up my food in the microwave, they also heated it up for me. The front desk phone was called several times at 10 o'clock using the room phone and mobile phone, but no one answered. I called several times at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, but no one answered. I don't know what's going on. I hope it can be improved.

酒店位置好找，導航精準，附近有洗車店。前台小姑娘態度挺好，給升級了房間，説是比之前的大一點（也不知道攜程定的是什麼樣的），房間乾淨衞生，床單被子雖然不是新的，但很乾凈，床和枕頭睡着舒服，早上7：30去吃早餐，結果酒店是8點開餐（我們還認為是常規的7點開餐，去早了），但可以有什麼吃什麼，台上東西不多，勉強吃了一點。不足：整體感覺哈密這家維也納國際不大氣。如：1.衞生間護髮素已經按不出來了，裡邊還有點，但是瓶子被固定在枱子上，根本無法倒出；瓶子裏的洗手液也衹剩一個底兒；2.因要長期服中葯，需自己煎，原來出門都是自己帶大桶水，後來大多數酒店都能滿足用水需求，近兩年也就不帶了，酒店前台説一次最多給6小瓶，雖然人家是按規定辦事，但很覺無語，凡事就怕對比：昨天在嘉峪關全季入住，跟前台説要瓶裝水，很快機器人就送來8瓶，前台還説不夠隨時打電話；前天住的銀川維也納國際，電梯處就放着水，需要就去取，雖然事不大，但提現出周到的服務；3.因早餐去早了，吃的東西還不多，老公問正在操作枱上煮麪的女廚師能不能要碗麪，當即被拒絕説沒有，緊接着就撈出一碗麪給了餐廳保安；4.早餐的水果不新鮮，庫爾勒香梨有的已經蔫了且磕碰傷多，看着不乾淨，貌似沒洗過，杏子大小的油桃尖尖也是爛的，因已經用手拿過了，不好再放回去，就準備帶走，那個女廚師馬上制止説不能往外帶（倒是很負責的），等我老公説到時候評價時説下時，她馬上又説，拿吧拿吧，不夠還有。再對比一下全季，入住時前台小姑娘説第二天路上可能無法吃午飯，早餐後可以帶一點路上吃，早餐時就多拿了2個小籠包，人家不但不阻止，還貼心的給了一個袋子。不比不知道，一比差距就很明顯了。總之，在這裏沒有客人是上帝以及賓至如歸的感覺。

However, the room was still stuffy and the fan was pointed towards the father of the child. The child blew it. When he woke up the next day, his throat was hoarse and he coughed with phlegm. He started to have a fever at noon yesterday. I took care of him all night and he hasn't slept yet. In addition, he woke up sweating after sleeping for a while in Yaduore the night before. , I didn’t dare to draw the curtains with the windows open, and it didn’t start to cool down until three or four in the morning. The adults didn’t have a good rest for two days, but they were fine. Now the children are sick, and it is the children who suffer. Atour is known for its comfort, and it doesn’t even have air conditioning control. I also blame myself for insisting on changing hotels. After checking in, I was too embarrassed to check out of the hotel. We have been driving all the way to China for almost two months, and we have even passed 219 safely. This is the first time that my son has fallen ill.

The location of the hotel is very good, less than 10 minutes' drive from the train station, and there is a very delicious Yiloulan Xinjiang restaurant upstairs in the hotel building, which I ate at for two days in a row. The overall decoration of the hotel is very new. It just opened in 2024, but there is no peculiar smell. The mattresses, pillows and bedding are all made of environmentally friendly materials and are very comfortable.

The single room is clean and warm, with drinks and bottled purified water. There is also a water purifier in the room to boil drinking hot water. The service staff are very enthusiastic, and the security guards help arrange parking and pick up luggage. I personally feel good about it, and it is better than the hotel across the road.

It's as good as ever. This is the third time I've stayed here. I really like their breakfast and the service from the ladies! Especially the breakfast is worth recommending. There are many varieties and balanced nutrition. Although there is less meat, there are many varieties and plenty of eggs and milk. Their milk is fresh milk from Xinjiang, delicious!

I was on a business trip to Naomaohu and stayed at the Jintai Hotel, and it was a great experience. The hygiene was excellent; the room felt fresh the moment I walked in. The staff even turned on the air conditioning before I arrived. The blackout curtains worked perfectly. The hotel facilities are quite new, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The hot water pressure was strong and consistent, making for a very comfortable shower – it really washed away the day's fatigue. They offer a free breakfast, and the restaurant environment is pleasant. The hotel provides plenty of complimentary bottled water, no limits there! Plus, parking right outside is very convenient with a large parking lot and even fast-charging stations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
