Batam Hotels with Gym

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed the wide selection at breakfast, with plenty of choices available. The staff at the restaurant were attentive, friendly, and welcoming, making our dining experience even more pleasant. We also loved relaxing at the Infinity Pool, which was a great highlight of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Oakwood Batam again. Highly recommended!

Apart from the facilities being a little old, everything else was quite good. I would like to make a small suggestion. My child has visited twice, but was reluctant to enter the indoor playground on both occasions because it felt a little scary. The environment in the playground is somewhat dark. Perhaps the playground could be redesigned to be cleaner, brighter, more cheerful and welcoming. I believe this would make children feel more comfortable and encourage them to enjoy the play area more.

The hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

Though a bit far from the center, you can grab or gojek anywhere easily. The suite, bed, kitchen, etc are in good condition. The breakfast spread at Wyndham hotel was good and I really like that you can squeeze your own preferred fruit juice. Eska wellness and spa is co- located , very convenient. Lastly, one of the best views of the morning sun in Batam and the joy of seeing the endless motorbike on the busy highway. However, something could be done with the bathroom's musky smell. Small issue but could be better.

It’s conveniently surrounded by shopping malls, plenty of food options, convenience stores, and Batam’s vibrant nightlife, making it easy to explore the area without travelling far. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers great value, a strategic location, comfortable rooms, and excellent hospitality, I would definitely recommend Planet Holiday Hotel Batam. We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Harmoni One Convention Hotel & Service Apartments. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the bathtub was a lovely bonus. The honeymoon decoration with rose petals, balloons, and towel swans was beautifully arranged, and the hotel also kindly accommodated our request for the red sofa by the window. It made our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and all the facilities were clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and rooftop area, as well as the gym. We also tried the spa, and the massage was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, especially being close to Batam Center Ferry Terminal and Mega Mall. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, cleanliness, facilities, and value for money. Thank you, Harmoni One, for making our honeymoon memorable. We will definitely come back again! 👍🏻👍🏻

firstly is priority given for my request and i am absolutely happy and satisfy. all the staff present i am facing make my days wonderful and respectful. appreciate a lots secondly the peace of mine and quiet place for a good rest makes it wonderful trip in my entire days in batam will always be my good impression hotel whenever i will be in batam. I enjoyed the accessibility to Grand ESKA spa. The breakfast buffet was simple yet enjoyable and delicious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Appreciated the front desk team for remembering us by face and asking how our day was daily. The hotel was refurbished. Even though old, the bed was good, firm and new and room was kept clean. The lift was rather dingy but it still got us up and down safely. Lastly, i personally enjoyed the quiet corners of the hotel. Loved the fact that our level was “child free” hence there werent kids shouting in rooms. I love children, but the hotel’s particular policy of no child in the room type we booked was pleasantly surprising. Will returned. Note: spa experience was on point too.

Room was relatively clean except ants on the table. However the toilet was a little dirty. The sink kept getting clogged. Ac was great and cold. The lift is very slow.

We stayed for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. Having a balcony facing the garden was a lovely bonus. The surroundings were relaxing and peaceful, with a warm atmosphere and direct access to a clean, private beach. The staff were welcoming, helpful and always ready with a friendly smile. Our kids had a great time enjoying the big pool, cycling, ping pong, gym and the dedicated kids’ room for children under 12. The breakfast buffet offered good variety and was satisfying each morning. A special thanks to Sofi, who came to us on both days and encouraged us to try the local kueh, the ongol-ongol and pandan cake, which added a delightful touch to our stay.
