"Service was great. Receptionist was professional. Hassle checking in and out. Breakfast was a huge spread with lots of live station. Housekeeping was great as well. We were invited by a plate of cake and birthday message on the full length mirror, thanks to Cynthia and housekeeping team. Mtri and Danny went the extra mile to help and purchase emergency woman needs. Thank you to the team. Room was exceptionally clean. Location is very convenient with convenience store across and beside the hotel."

"We had a generally very comfortable stay here. The room was new, clean, and bright, which made it pleasant to come back to after a long day. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the facilities well-maintained.
Location-wise, it was a little far from most of our main itinerary spots, so do factor in extra travel time if you’re planning to move around a lot.
Service from the staff was alright for the most part, but on the last day, we had a small hiccup. I requested bath towels and bottled water before checking out, but after waiting over 20 minutes, nothing was delivered. When I called again, another staff member answered and only then informed me that additional bottled water is chargeable. I found this surprising, as I’m not sure if it’s common for 5-star hotels to charge guests for water bottles, and it would have been better if this was clearly communicated during my first call.
Aside from that, the stay was enjoyable, the room comfortable, and overall it was a nice experience."

"Good service from reception staff. Housekeeping request attended to promptly. Friendly service in restaurant for dinner. Breakfast had plenty of choices, mix of east and western food. Good location. Many eating options and convenience stores nearby. Brand new hotel so room was in great condition, very comfortable. Hope managment maintains this standard. "We had great service from the front desk, Sri and stayed in the 1-bedroom suite with our 1 YO toddler. Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfy even for our baby.
The kids club was spacious enough for the little one to crawl and have fun. Just a word of caution to parents of crawlers, to perhaps let your LO wear dark coloured clothes, as the friction from crawling might rub off some colours from the soft floor mats. We love the pools as well. Breakfast spread was good, balanced between some western and local food.
Location wise, it is quiet enough and away from the busy roads, but still very accessible via grab/taxis. Service was also great throughout our stay. We will be back!"

"All the staffs here are very welcoming and smiley which feels great the moment I stepped in. There are live band in the lobby on Fri/Sat and they are great! "Overall stay was pleasant. Room, location, Convenience and safe.
Only issue I had was the power points and usb ports for charging. Initially the power point works but usb did not. Then they replaced it. After that the power point does not work but usb ports work.
Room took long time to cool down despite putting it at 17 degrees.
Other than that, it’s was a pleasant and fun stay. Highly recommended to stay here for the convenience of shops, clinics, spas and food. There are 4 hotels in this area …."

My friends were pleasantly surprised with the “birthday cake towels”- such a nice touch .

The hotel is fairly new. Some teething issues (ie unclean cups, shower tap was faulty, key card couldn’t work due to battery issues etc) - which is expected and quickly resolved.
The staff from front desk, concierge to F&B - they were all friendly and hardworking, with a desire to go the extra mile. Bf at the hotel was relaxing with a nice spread.
My friend left something in the room. We contacted the concierge, who was was very prompt and kind to retrieve it and help explore ways to return the item. We were v grateful and impressed by the excellent service.
The hotel’s location is superb. Next to the Grand Batam mall with lots of restaurants, big supermarket and shops. It was also opposite the wet market and surrounded with many spa options.
We all agreed that this hotel must be one of convenient places to stay. We’ll be back with more friends next round. Tks

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

AAriel HoLBMontigo Nongsa Resort is a must go for a relaxing retreat in Batam to rest and recharge from the daily rush of City life. Just by simply being there, immersed in the beauty of white washed villas by the sea, you will feel like you're in Greece. Soaking in the scenic view all around you everywhere you go and vibes of a slower pace of life, all the stress slips away.
In the resort, commuting is done using a buggy, or you can have a delightful walk discovering paths and scenic places not covered by the buggy.
The villa is my beautiful cozy home for the retreat with its own Infinity pool giving me all time access to the magnificent sea view, sunset and cloudy skies overhead. I can lounge on the poolside bench for a sunbath watching the ferries and sea activities or admire the broad expanse of the dark cloudy skies overhead with planes flying above at night truly quietens one's spirit down in an amazing life by the sea.
Adding sparks and highlights to the already perfect life here in Montigo Resort is the abundance of daily breakfast at Tadd's Restaurant. The staff here (including Sara and another gentleman staff whom I didn't ask for the name) are amazingly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant breakfast experience for you.
If you have booked recreation activities in advance, you would be pleasantly delighted that staff from the Recreation Club would be there at Tadd's before you come for breakfast to meet you and assure they will bring you to the Recreation activity after breakfast! Wow! What a seamless experience to make you feel so welcome and well taken care of! Thanks to Chyntia, Coco, Yoga, Wahid and Bruhan from the Recreation Club. Chyntia has thoughtfully planned the sequence of the activities when I booked several activities over a few days without fixed dates and time to allow easier booking depending on tidal conditions and other guests' bookings.
You can try your hands at the Airsoft Gun. Coco from Recreation Club will guide you on the shooting techniques. As a first timer with Airsoft guns, I'm certainly pleased to have hit 2 targets using 30 pellets.
Next is the kayaking. Yoga from Recreation Club will brief you on using the paddle and take photos and videos for you from the shore. Just paddle out to the peaceful sea and take in the entire landscape of Montigo Resort from the kayak. I'm also amazed at the opportunity to see a tiny flat crab clutching onto a floating cardboard raising one leg at me at sea!
Another exciting adventure is the ATV! Wahid from the Recreation Club will help you get familiar to the ATV in no time and guide you on a tour to the dirt track and the nearby farm in the ATV if you choose the one hour session! Along the way, he will help take photos and videos to capture your memorable ATV journey.
Lastly, you can opt for a 2 hour bike tour to 2 kampungs! Guided by Bruhan from Recreation Club, you will see the captivating rustic local life scenes, the nature and beach along the way. You will also see the mangrove village where paintball activity takes place. Bruhan will also take photos and videos for you when we pause for breaks. Thankfully, Bruhan brought along a bottle of mineral water for me for regular hydration during the tour! It totally skipped my mind to consider bringing water along!
To ease the muscle soreness, end the day with a blissful soak in the Infinity pool or warm bathtub with an essential oil bath bomb. Breathe in the aromatic scent and relax.
So much wonderful memories and delightful experiences at Montigo Nongsa Resort leaves me looking forward to more!

The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.
The hotel's location was perfect, from the distance to major attractions, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options.

On one glance , as a local brand hotel, it looks decent, looks like a resort style hotel. While the hotel has amenities such as gym, pool, live pub, spa facilities, the room and breakfast falls short.
Yes it provides a bathtub but the shower head is unadjustable, it does not provide facial cotton, only cotton buds, shower cap need to request…… the iron is the most basic iron, not steam iron where the clothes can iron better….. the pros is in the room, they provide a sofa couch and a movable coffee table. The breakfast is pretty average at best. They can’t do a proper soft boil egg, it’s either too hard or too raw, salad provided but no lettuce, salad dressing is very limited , hot food - nothing exactly nice, porridge is too gooey, their breakfast- nothing to shout about. Their service is very good though, the reception and the live egg station team has been very polite and friendly. Very good customer service from them. Room don’t seem too old though. Tried the Massage service at Wellness Center at ground level, price is very competitive and good massage skills. Overall, I saw it says it’s a 4* hotel. Facilities yes, but food standards and toilet I think more like 3 star hotel. if you don’t have budget and don’t mind basic breakfast and the toilet’s shower head, it’s quite ok to stay.

TThomas96My friends and I recently stayed at Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walking distance from Nagoya Hill Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining.
The room facilities were average but adequate, and the cleanliness was up to standard. Although the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, the friendly and professional staff more than made up for it. They were very accommodating, even arranging for us to check in early without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel’s convenient location and excellent service make it highly recommendable to others. With some improvements to the facilities, it would be perfect!

MmapleWe are newly married couple, so we have a short gateway from Singapore. We requested to have some special decorations on the bed and they did it, so lovely. They allow us to keep luggage before and after our check in timing. The receptionist is nice and friendly. Breakfast is order when you check in, given some choice and we choose American Breakfast, and surprisingly they have salad and dessert buffet as well. Food is quite okay. We book the spa (20% discount), they arrange us for couple room even we book different massage. Enjoyable spa time.
The only bad things happen is the mosquitoes, as the lobby is open air space and when we waiting the registration and luggage storage, my husband get bitten more than 5 times. Thanks God we didn't open the door for long time, so nothing happened in our room. Location is near the Santorini, walking distance 7mins, got food near by there also.

FFarah YMA very nice and peaceful resort. Direct access to the beach, clean and spacious rooms too. Super excellent customer service from the staff. The location maybe a bit far from the city but do you know what is the best about this resort? They have a standby nurse even at night! We had an emergency situation on our first night staying here but the staffs were really helpful. Shoutout to Nurse Alfani, Manager Pak Maxi, Security Zamdoni, and Driver Adioni. I am forever grateful for their service and efforts in helping my father from hotel to the hospital. They even packed us the breakfast the morning after as we were rushed back home. We were really touched by their hospitality. I never feel so secure and happy in a hotel just like how I felt in Turi Beach Resort. 100% recommended and will definitely come back

KKyaw SwaWe went on a Saturday and it was fully booked. We didn’t get a King size bed that we reserved. Breakfast the next day was also a bit chaotic, as the hotel struggled to seat guests at the same time. We had to wait outside for a while before we got a table.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities were standard. Rooms were clean and nice.
The construction work in front of the hotel somewhat obstructed our view of the sea, which was 10 minutes away from the hotel. We could see the sea from our sea view room, but the view wasn’t that nice.
Sidenote: Did not enjoy the Kelong seafood restaurant. The food was terrible.

As for the room, the bed and pillows are dirty with stains, wardrobe and cabinets are worn out, so they are jammed, or not in good condition.
Service wise, the staff are friendly and helpful, a little language barrier but all worked out.
Breakfast in buffet style but options are limited.
