Cleanliness-wise, I would say much can be improved. The bedsheets were old and had stains. Cutleries and utensils from the restaurants weren’t very clean also. However, service was very good. I requested for a change of room due to noise issue and staff managed to switch for us.

Good stay overall. Ando Hotel is very convenient, only about a 5-minute walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with luggage. The room was comfortable, but there was no hairdryer or fridge, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Cleanliness can also be improved, as there was dust on the toilet door. Overall, good location and service, but basic amenities and housekeeping could be better.

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The highlight of my experience was definitely the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Dini and Willy. They were warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was comfortable. I was also very pleased with the room — it was spacious, clean, and I was lucky to be given a beautiful sea view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The main issue I encountered was with the water heater. The temperature was inconsistent — after setting it to a comfortable level, the water would suddenly turn very hot, then revert back, and this cycle kept repeating every few seconds. It made showering quite uncomfortable and is something that should be addressed. Another point to note is the sound insulation. Noise from the KTV and the rooftop bar can be quite loud, especially at night, which may not be suitable for light sleepers. Overall, it was a good experience thanks to the friendly staff and comfortable room, but addressing the water heater issue and improving sound insulation would make the stay much better.

Amazing stay at such an affordable price! Room was clean and staff were very friendly and responsiv. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets. Location is amazing. Many good cafes and restaurants around. Convenience stores, Itsumo tart, soi by nick, batam city sq mall, si fang yuan dim sum are all in a 1-6 min walking radius. 4 of us stayed in the family room, which has a bunk bed that can fit up to 4 pax and also a master bedroom (another 2 pax). Bottled water, shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, towels and hair dryer provided. Wifi available. Lots of space to hang items up. Please bring cash for the deposit of 500,000rp.

The room was pretty clean, and dining options were convenient. There's a large food court nearby, and a big mall right across the street, less than a five-minute walk away. It's also just about ten minutes from Harbour Bay ferry terminal.

Price is reasonable and affordable. 3 star but feels like 4 star. Strategic place to stay, very close to the entertainment and outlet. Got so many local stall surrounding. Recommended! Will repeat again.

Worth with the price

The environment here is great, and there are plenty of amenities nearby, including lots of delicious food. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!
