I definitely recommend Beston Hotel. What really impressed me was that the room came with a refrigerator – something even the best hotels I've stayed at in Palembang didn't offer! Overall, it's fantastic and the price is very reasonable. The food is delicious, the room is great, and the swimming pool is also excellent. I'd love to come back here again. Great service from all the staff from front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. Located just along the main road where there’s a plenty of eateries in the area. There’s even a pool and small gym, and breakfast buffet spread was a good variety. Highly recommended!

This is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from

The location is quite strategic; there's a mini-mart and a restaurant right next to the hotel. However, the room and the breakfast area are small and cramped, which isn't ideal if you're traveling with small children.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Really not recommended for pleasure purpose!! The curtains was broken~ so we cannot open it. The sink has lots of red spots like blood and i must clean it with tissues. The Hairdryer was broken. The foods soo tasty 👍 And they have totally tasty jamu

The location is truly strategic, and the staff are incredibly helpful, especially when I ordered an early breakfast for takeaway. They prepared it, and it's a great service for anyone with an early flight. The only downside is the limited parking; if you arrive late, you might not find a spot for your car.
