The hotel was comfortable and nice, the only downside was the hairdryer didn't work. Everything else was good and clean.

This is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Really good hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, polite staff, and a nice overall experience. Would stay again.

This hotel has so much potential. Some parts require some renovations to make it look more presentable and not too outdated. But the staffs were nice and helpful. Price and location also the best. Many available must-eat food nearby.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The room was spotless, with great natural light and ventilation. All the facilities were in perfect working order, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and made both check-in and check-out a breeze. They were friendly and quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained. Cleanliness: As always, it's spotless. Service: Excellent, very welcoming and hospitable. Environment: Very close to the mall, basically inside it, which makes dining and shopping very convenient and safe.

Good Enough For their Price. Clean Enough even without Lift. But For That Price. It's absolutely Worth it. In the center of Palembang and business district. Room not to big but enough.

The room is very comfortable, clean. I booked a superior double room, it is very spacious, suitable for families.
