The spacious rooms are modern and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. Food lovers will be delighted—the dining options here are delicious, offering a mix of local and international flavors.
While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely choose Novotel again on my next trip to Palembang!

GGuest UserI really enjoyed the food. The view is also stunning. However, the pool feels a bit small, and the fitness center has limited hours. The rooms are decent, I have a very nice sleep. highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable stay with easy access to the city center.

GGuest UserA good and strategic hotel that provides rooms with 3 beds. Around the hotel area there are several delicious restaurants, one of which is Hainan Chicken. walking a little from the hotel there is an MRT station and in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. The Bugis area can also be reached by walking around 20 minutes from the hotel.

PPenikmat JalananI stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

GGuest UserStains exists on freshly washed bed sheets. The hotel's laundry somehow couldn't get rid of such stains leading to perception of unwashed / unchanged bedsheets
Bath towels have fermented smell like they have not been sunned / dried enough after washing

IIsekai TravellerIt was amazing, they clean the rooms if we requested but the air-conditioning worked for a few days then it stop getting cooler. However, they were quick to take action when we called them to check on it. Great area for using grab taxi. And it was close the shopping mall. Friendly and kind staff, making it easier to get to different places in Palembang.

WwikcantikThe room was comfortable, the only problem was that the door was difficult to open because I had to call housekeeping and the bathroom was a bit lacking because the water in the drain took a long time to go down so it was a bit muddy and really wet
