Very new hotel. The room was big and very clean. Located in Gezira, less than 100 feet from the bus station, it is very convenient to Valletta and Sliema.

Malta vacation stop before flying home to Canada. A few info about the hotel: Very good location, good service, good breakfast, the room was nice modern and clean very good mattress, with the golf view from the balcony -12 floor. (just an observation if you select the cheapest rooms the view will be on a small interior court, keep in mind!) FOR MANAGEMENT: need to add towel hooks in the sower, something to keep the toothbrushes AND the TV does not need "tons" of channels that do not work- 5 for each language is good in my opinion. (same review on Google)

Excelent value for money. New furbished rooms, good bed, clean and modern amneties. Decent breakfast Excelent location, close to St Julien and Valleta. Roof top pool and smoking area. Just sometimes bad smell in the bathroom from sweage pipes.

Hotel is brand new, opened in 2023. I liked its industrial decor with unfinished ceilings in the rooms. Room was of a good size and clean. We had a side sea view room on the upper floors but at the far end of the building from the sea. Thus, the direct view was more of a city view rather than the view to the bay along the street and over and through other balconies. There is a pool and sun terrace on the 14th floor with great views to Sliema and Valletta. Location Is good only a few steps from a bus stop (20 min to Valletta). Some 10 min walk to Sliema's shopping areas and ferry to Valletta, about 30 min on foot to St. Julians. Many of the "city view" rooms seem to face a shaft-like inner court where the opposite balcony is only a few metres away. Breakfast is nothing to write home about. At a first glance it looks plentiful, but there's room for improvement. A couple of types of bread, ham, salami or mortadella, one type of cheese, bacon, eggs in three different forms, fried potatoes, baked beans, yoghurt, fruit salad, cereals etc. The warm foods were usually only luke warm. Weak machine coffee and diluted juices.

Great hotel. Very new. Swanky. Reception staff excellent but breakfast serving staff could do with looking at how SL Bayview and Sliema build relations with clients rather than just clear plates.
Bed and bedding excellent. Lovely and quiet and after all my stays finally realised how the smart tv worked!
Kettle etc and nice toiletries in room.

The property is a modern a well located hotel, to discover the area. We found our room on the 10th floor very noisy. You can hear doors slamming all day and night, people chatting outside in the corridor and the lift ‘pinging’. The bed was not comfortable at all. The bottom sheet didn’t fit and throughout the night we kept having to tuck it in. It was almost too small for the bed. Also I noticed no mattress protection or pillow protection. The air conditioning was turned off and we were very hot especially at night. We could open the balcony doors but it was too noisy. No sunlight on the balcony at any time of the day. No storage in the bathroom. No glasses in the room. No drinking water bottles. Thin towels sometimes marked. Swimming pool and pool bar shut. Although we did pull at some sun loungers and make the most of relaxing in the sun. Breakfast is basic but what food there is tastes acceptable. We asked for GF bread and this was available. I wouldn’t stay here again and feel I am leaving more tired than when I arrived.

The receptionist, Ivana, was extremely accommodating and helpful. However, the male staff member at the front desk during the night shift was impolite and discourteous, showing no initiative in attending to guests. We raised a concern about the shower knob to the front desk, but it was only addressed on the third day after we informed Ivana. The location of the hotel is convenient for tourists.

Beautiful hotel built in 2023 ! Hotel has a modern appeal , nice sized bedrooms, beautiful balconies, lovely rooftop views and pool but seasonally closed ! Breakfast is free and has lots of options!Hotel is close to marina and tons of restaurants along the way !airport is only 12 mins way and cost 12 dollars with UBER ! Hotel staff members are super sweet especially front desk staff and my room attendant daisy who did an excellent job with housekeeping!I visited in January 2024 but Will definitely be back for the summertime to enjoy the lovely beaches and surroundings! Will choose Alavits hotel again it’s conveniently located and exceeded my expectations!
