服務一般，設施設備更不用説了電話是擺設，與攜程照片的不符，進入房間有股黴味，空調有噪音，灰塵也比較厚，淋浴間的玻璃水漬真的很臟很臟，花灑的水壓很大要洗澡真的會把人的皮膚戳破，本來跟前台聯繫説換房的説已經動過了不能換，我覺得就住一晚將就吧？結果凌晨三點才睡，避雷基礎房

入住體驗特別好！房間整潔明亮，設施齊全又新，隔音做得很棒，晚上特別安靜。工作人員態度熱情周到，有求必應。地理位置也方便，海口站一趟公交到，去機場也是一趟公交。斜對面就是海墾王府井，周邊吃飯逛街都順路，性價比超高，推薦！
