It was my first time to visit Haikou. This hotel was beyond my expectation. Before I checked in, someone from the hotel contacted me. Her name was Lina. The service was very considerate. She asked me what time would be suitable for cleaning the room and what I needed for the room. All my needs were responded to immediately! The hardware facilities of the hotel are also very new. I arrived at the hotel at more than 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. There was still someone to receive me at the door and help me with my luggage. Check-in was very fast. The people I met in the hotel were very enthusiastic. The location was also very convenient. It was very fast to take a taxi. It was very close to the duty-free shop and the Qilou Old Street. It was not far from the airport. In addition, the hotel's buffet breakfast and dinner were also good. Although it was not a sea view hotel like Sanya, the price and quality were really great! I will consider this hotel again for my future vacation~ Finally, the hotel is not like some hotels that ask for good reviews. It feels like it serves customers very sincerely. It is really a highly recommended hotel!

The floral decorations of the entire hotel are all flawless flowers. From this point, you can see that the pattern is not stingy, and you can live with peace of mind. During the stay, the WeChat butler appropriately asked about the stay experience and informed the hotel details. He was service-minded and did not disturb too much. It was very good. When checking in, the front desk lady thoughtfully upgraded the room, and the children's stay experience was better. When checking out, Manager Gong Hainan also informed in detail the method, time and path of the deposit return, and asked if there were any improvements. It can be seen that he is working hard to provide good hotel services. Among the five-star hotels in Hainan under InterContinental, Haikou Art can be regarded as a benchmark. The breakfast is also very fresh. The proportion of freshly made dishes in the open counter is significantly higher than that of many other five-star hotels. The use rate of pre-prepared dishes is very low. Except for some Western hams, they are basically freshly made, and the food safety is very assured.

This is the most pleasant hotel I stayed in after so many days in Hainan. The decoration is very high-end, the room is very comfortable, and the room supplies are very exquisite. As soon as I arrived at the lobby, someone helped me take my luggage and sent it all the way to my room. After I arrived, I was given welcome fruit and desserts in the evening. I especially want to praise the lobby manager Zoe. Before I checked in, she asked us if we had any needs in advance and reserved a room for us. After I left the hotel, I accidentally left a pajamas behind. She also washed it for us and sent it to our home. The whole living process was very pleasant. Next time I go to Haikou, I will choose this hotel.

From Haikou to Sanya to Wanning and back to Haikou, I planned to book a hotel close to the duty-free shop and the new seaport. I booked the Art Hotel without doing too much research. I didn't expect it to be one of the only two hotels I was satisfied with during this Hainan trip. The other one was the St. Regis Sanya because the scenery was so satisfying, and then this Art. Although it is a price of less than 100 yuan, it makes people feel good and professional from the beginning of the front desk. The housekeeper, Miss Gong Hainan, prepared a coconut for me in the afternoon, but because I didn't contact her, I didn't know that I arrived at the store in the evening. The coconut was in the room for an afternoon. The housekeeper immediately replaced it with a fresh one after knowing that I arrived at the store. It was very attentive. In addition, there is an elephant with towels stacked in the room, which I like very much... From the bathroom, you can also see that the hotel is very attentive. The knobs of the shower are all covered with tape to increase friction, which is convenient for twisting when the hands slip. The toiletries in the room are all Bulgari, and the hair dryer is Dyson. To be honest, it is worth living in such a room at this price. The service is also very good and gentle. Unlike other hotels, I have to ask for help when I drink a coconut. The room is 45 square meters, quite spacious, 2 rooms were upgraded to executive king rooms, fresh coconuts with vignette branding were constantly delivered, snacks and midnight sweet soup and small shell necklaces were delivered to the room, there was a night bed service, and late check-out service was also provided. The decoration style is new Chinese style, not luxurious, but low-key and steady. I ate at the noodle house and breakfast, both were good, the price-performance ratio is OK, the oil-splashed noodles at the noodle house are more delicious.
