This is a rare and excellent five-star hotel these days! Excellent in every way! I will definitely return when I come to Haikou for a concert. The hotel staff was very helpful throughout the check-in process, from the moment I got off the bus. They even gave priority to those waiting in line with their luggage in a different lane. The shuttle bus and midnight snacks were recommended during check-in, along with complimentary fridge magnets. When I entered the room, I saw fruit and coconuts. The room amenities included Bulgari toiletries, self-adjustable air conditioning, a Dyson hair dryer, and complimentary soft drinks. The bed was made by hand, and sweet soup was provided to help me sleep. Five-star hotels are open to takeout and have a takeout counter. But! It was okay! I had the staff personally deliver it to my room! Some guests were let out quickly, so I even arranged for a makeup artist, so I didn't have to come down myself. The hotel staff were also very friendly. When I left, I left something behind, and it was handled quickly. It surpasses many five-star hotels in other cities, even those in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. The value for money is truly excellent! The service was surprisingly good during the concert. The Shi Tuan concert is coming soon. I've recommended this to other guests.

We came to Haikou for a concert and, after reading various reviews, decided this hotel was the perfect choice for the concert. It's convenient for travel, with a shuttle bus. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant, was very welcoming. Special thanks to Lina and Zoe. Upon arrival after a late flight, they even gave us coconuts and desserts. They also sent us custom-made supplies before the concert, which was incredibly thoughtful. When they heard we were bringing our kids, they even gave us a small toy. We'll definitely be back with our kids and family.

I stayed at the Art Hotel again during my second trip to Haikou. The room and facilities were as clean and excellent as ever, and I even got a free upgrade to a room with a fantastic view! The staff were attentive and made me feel warm and comfortable. I also want to thank our housekeeper, Gong Hainan, for her thoughtful room arrangements and the welcome fruit!
