Nice hotel , beautiful view and friendly people. Thank you to concierge 小林 for his help and attentive service , as well as to Chef in the restaurant on the first floor for delicious fruits compliment and kind lady in the restaurant for breakfast who allows to take it with us. We were glad and grateful.

The hotel was beautiful! We had a great view of the pool and the room was really clean. There was a path directly to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful! If you want a quiet, relaxing place to stay, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great stay

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the hotel. It is close to the sea and the famous attraction on the west coast, the lonely tree. The service attitude is quite good. There is a waiter named Lin Shirui who is very good. He asked me to bring more bottles of water and gave me 8 bottles directly. . . He is also a sincere person.

On the morning of check-in, the hotel housekeeper Chen Huixin called to discuss our needs. Hearing that we had brought children, they prepared tents and children's drawing books and toys for us, which can be said to be very thoughtful. It was my first time to visit Haikou, and I also saw Hongyantang recommended for blind selection online. The result was beyond expectations. The hotel environment is very good, the scenery is unique, the facilities in the room are complete, and the children's towels, toothbrushes and other supplies are thoughtfully prepared. We When we were going to dig sand, the housekeeper contacted us and sent us sand digging tools. Although we only stayed for one night, I was really satisfied with everything. I will consider staying here next time I come to Haikou.

The service was very good. We started communicating by phone before check-in to ask about accommodation requirements. After check-in, they took care of every detail. We brought an elderly person with limited mobility. Our hotel contact Lin Shirui reserved a parking space for us in advance to facilitate the elderly to enter the hotel, and also prepared a luggage cart and wheelchair in advance. It was the Spring Festival, and there was a long traffic jam in front of the hotel, blocking our way. Xiaolin also came out to direct traffic for us and let the traffic jam team make way. The next day, we went to the ferry early, and Xiaolin asked the kitchen to pack breakfast in advance and delivered it to our room in person. After we left the hotel, Xiaolin also kept caring about our traffic jam and whether we returned home safely. I was very touched that the hotel had such caring service staff, which made us feel the care and warmth of family.
