酒店環境不錯，靠近金牛嶺公園，下午還能去金牛嶺公園散步跑跑，房間衞生乾淨，設施設備也完善，到海口出差每次都來這裏，前台小姐姐服務也好，非常好以後還會再來的！

酒店衞生差，一樓大廳洗手間沒有紙巾，前台客服電話説話聽不清楚，服務差勁👎，不會再入住了，早餐居然沒有師傅，讓客人自己燙粉吃，酒店工作人員與客人一起用餐。

房間布草很高檔，很乾凈，針數很高，很舒服，窗簾質地很好尤其白色紗簾，回去家裡也換了同款。記憶枕很棒，不知道什麼牌子的，有空回覆一下。停車方便，電梯衞生希望加強一下，樓層防火門油漆補一下，邊上加防撞條，延長使用壽命。
